It's actually glitchy at times and the only fix I found was to redownload the content if it didn't appear when you downloaded it.

@@ENDLESS_GRAY30 Thanks! I got it working. I had to play a few missions into the game to get it working after a certain point. I also didn't know that turning on certain game features made the main quest less obvious. So it took me a while to progress. All is good now I think... It doesn't seem to be many Hero costumes though.

yep i came across this yesterday during my live stream i had to completely restart the mission about 4 or 5 times before it would let me through so my advise just keep restarting it till it lets you through

So wait a minute, I got to the part where the game told me that I got all the DLC but yet I didn't get anything at all. So what I want to know is that if I have to delete my save data and the game or make a save, do the escape mission and then after when I complete that, if I don't get the dlc do I have to delete the game and replay the mission?
