I just call pasta by the shape. So they would be elbows, spirals, shells, etc. I guess I am just a bit linguistically lazy.

This looks like a great improvement on my recipe. I do substitute poblanos for the green peppers, but that’s just because I’m not a green pepper fan. I am looking forward to trying this and some of your other recipes that have me drooling. Thank you!

What a delicious recipe, Dave. As an aside; We also like to wash the chicken (whether whole, skinless/boneless, drumsticks, etc.) with freshly squeezed lemon juice, prior to cooking/frying/oven baking. Just to cut back on the gamey type of tastes, chicken sometimes brings. Have a wonderful weekend, Sir.
