I'm still holding out hope that he might come back in 2025. Cook will be gone, and the only other experienced QB on the roster will be the transfer Drew Pyne, so there is an opportunity for him. There's a lot of talk about Matt Zollers, but he will be a true freshman in 2025. You also have Aidan Glover, a high three-star in the 2024 class, who didn't look even remotely ready for college football in the spring game. It will be interesting to see. It certainly is a shame that Horn's injuries have kind of screwed him over. Ultimately, that was a risk he decided to take by playing both sports, and if I recall correctly, one of the big reasons he chose Mizzou was because Mizzou was one of the few schools willing to let him play both. Whatever he chooses to do with his athletic career, I wish him the best.

I mean, as a Vikings fan I love this man. But man, that game. I couldn't watch the first half due to having to fly out that day and when we landed and before I checked the score, I just knew it was going to be awful. Of course, not 33-0 awful. I then spent the next 2 hours nearly having a heart attack refreshing my phone to see if we could pull it off. Watching the rerun of the game later that night through the first half, I just kept saying "How the fuck did we win this game?"

Bean was a lean mean machine with a cannon arm and pin point accuracy. He had pocket passer tendencies but could break away and roll or rpo or scramble if broken if needed. He did not fit the scheme of KU built around a different style with H backs and mobile QB. He made a mediocre offense look good and his awful D backs would put him in the position to fail. "Strangest" seems to be a good descriptor and I could actually see him a Starting Regular for Indy over the current experiment. Flacco is old and can rebreak easy and Richardson is coming back from a season ending injury(concussion then a rotary cuff in throwing shoulder) as another reason to root for Bean.

I still remember when all of this happened while living in Indiana. Colts fans were livid because Jim "Krusty the Clown" Irsay basically chose to tank the team than let Frank Reich finish out the season. I didn't care who was the coach, but it was really sad to see how Matt Ryan was ending his NFL career. I still find it wild how Matt Ryan is always on the losing end when it comes to NFL history despite Matt Ryan being a solid QB during his time in the NFL. Jeff Saturday had no chance turning around the Colts during his time as intern head coach so I felt bad knowing he got hired since it was a losing situation . At the same time, even he knew the Colts were a dumpster fire that season (Colts fans knew and felt the vibe too). That Vikings loss will forever be remembered during that season for Colts fans.

I like Troy Franklin, I think he was a steal going in the fourth round, and I am a huge Broncos fan, so I really hope he does well. But, there are issues in his game that legitimately kept him out of the first round. He's had some drop issues throughout his career that the will need to clean up. And, unless he manages to put twenty pounds to his frame, he is going to struggle to play through contact at the NFL level.

I am by no means a Colts fan (and for the record--if we are talking worst coaching hire in football history you are REALLY down on Saturday but off the top of my head how about Urban Meyer with Jacksonville) but this is a very interesting take and when you explain it in the video it makes sense. Irsay knew he was losing the PR battle and really how better were the Colts going to get? I feel like the franchise has been snake bitten since Andrew Luck hung it up but that's neither here nor there.

He went undrafted bc the NFL don’t wanna pay RBs, but he is a for SURE Roster lock and if not I hope he comes to Cincinnati who has a revamped oline who starters alone weighs 1.7 thousand pounds total, and 3/5 have Super Bowl exp. And depth on the bench, I know they would rather have Gore on a rookie contract putting up the same numbers as Zach moss who to me is STILL UNPROVEN

I played football and baseball for 4 years at Mizzou from 2001-2005. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done! It’s almost impossible for your body not to break down at first because of the physical demand from each sports. Unfortunately, each sport kinda takes away from the other. Spring football is major as its the time you get bigger, faster, stronger and compete for starting positions for the coming season. Equally, the fall season for baseball is major for coaches to build their teams for the spring. So because you miss essential chunks of each sport, you’re seen as not being fully committed to either sport. That’s why you hardly see kids playing two sports at major universities anymore. I tore my ACL in the last practice headed into the Independence Bowl game my junior year. But I truly hope he gets back healthy and confident in his abilities!🙏🏽🙏🏽… MIZ!!!

THE steal of 2024 Draft, by far. Fifth in Heisman voting despite only playing 11 games for an undefeated team, won ACC POY, ACC Offensive POY, and was First Team All-ACC. Guess who won all those awards in 2022 but couldn't repeat? UNC's DRAKE MAYE, drafted THIRD overall. Also took down LSU w/Daniels, Nabers and Thomas, Jr. in an early matchup and had 20 TDs to 2 INTs for the season. Sitting behind Rodgers and Tyrod Taylor (his player comp physically) for two seasons before taking over as starting QB will do wonders for his career if the ankle gets back to 💯. NYJ will win it all in 2025, and Travis will lead them in 2026 and beyond. He'll never be a superstar but will be one of the top-5 QBs in his class, better than McCarthy and Maye for sure, worse than Daniels, Penix, and Williams and prob either #4 or #5, depending how Nix plays out. Better than Rattler also, who is right behind him, IMO. Had Jets taken Brock Bowers instead of OT Fashanu, they would have had the best Draft of any team with no clear-cut picks to be made. Jets future is bright, and they have the young guns in place to be a big Problem in AFC in three seasons, once Rodgers era is over. And it starts with Travis.
