U did a good job depicting the mountain for me n my daughter. Think we agree with u as far as Burma as opposed to Paradise being the best green. We did blue mountain today, our first time…we like it Good job, good video 1/27/24 👍

You should hit some of the off trails in between the trees, I can’t remember what run it’s off of. I believe it’s in the middle of a couple black diamonds.

Paradise vs Burma is spot on. Context: I'm a very green beginner with near-zero experience (had a day of skiing and a couple of days of snowboarding in Tahoe 5+ years ago). I went to Blue Mountain last year. Did a beginner's lesson, it was useless (got into group with a family with two kids, instructors were mostly focusing on kids having fun instead of teaching adults). Spent a couple of hours on bunny hill, felt pretty comfortable. Decided to go a green one and picked Paradise. Got on top 10-15 min before sunset. It started all very nice and fun but then got icy quickly and I realized I am not able to handle turns and I am gaining speed really quickly. Struggled a lot, spent 40+ min to get down (as I was falling on pretty much each turn and eventually my feet were hurting so much I couldn't even try to ski anymore). Next time I'll plan to get on greens earlier to avoid ice as much as possible.

Appreciate the video. May want to angle your GoPro up higher so we can see the trail and not down at the snow so much. I’ve made the same mistake on my telluride trip

I planned to redo this with updates and a 360 camera so the view could be perfect 100% of the time, but they haven’t had 40/40 trails open since this day.

It was hard for me to slow down enough to watch this but I managed and it was beautiful. As a little girl I played in the woods across the road from my grandma's house, I have many wonderful memories of those times. This video brought them back thank you.
@markgraber39066 ай бұрын
I will be sure to ask the animals to slow down next time :)
@dylanpittenger9676 ай бұрын
they call tut a blue solely because of what it leads too. each of those big center lifts has an easy side and a harder side. . Basically, the center has the mix off all the different difficulties, and the greens lay one the outer edges. so tuts blue only because there are no greens further along.

I have a trail camera set up in my back yard for the past year, I'm more on the opposite side of PA from you close to Pittsburgh. There have been about 5 or 6 times deer have sniffed at my camera. They're very perspective. Think they can tell it's not natural. Or maybe its scent related.
