i'm a bit late, but i need you boss man, i'm really struggling with ksp interstellar parts and i want to build an orbital repair ship capable of prolonged and precise manoeuvring capabilities (1< TWR < 1.5 and ISP > 3000) i need to be able to rdv with debris, grab it, deorbit them and then do a "saving" burn to stay in orbit without touching the karman line. It should be able to do several missions without refueling, in high to low kerbin orbit.

you dont need to have the faf missiles as the root part, you can just switch cam to them, turn on target tracking, and switch back. just make sure you dont switch to the missile again or it'll reset the SAS

PTFE (black sprinkler line) and nitrous oxide, makes e rather stout burn and can be used in conjunction with a sugar rocket fuel as a primary stage. It needs to be contained within a cylinder and you might switch to porcelain clay for the nozzle.

Potassium nitrate = saltpeter If yo ass have any chicken coop sands or an indoor sand for fire places then you just gotta take it and put the dirt in a pot or anything with a strainer in the bottom then you pour water on top of it then let it take it's time you will see under the strainer where you have a cup or plate to gather all the pouring water a color looks little bit yellowish then you take that water and you boil it on a stove till the water vaporizes then you are left with a mud like substance that my dear boy is saltpeter AKA beloved potassium nitrate so you go take that and go crazy with it another easier way if you can get your hands on ammonium nitrate and hydrogen peroxide mix those too together and you have a lovely potassium nitrate .
