@tourbox I edit on avid media composer through HP Anywhere. Do you think your product will still work remotely? I used to use a razor keyboard in a similar fashion but it didn’t work over a remote system.

Hi there! While TourBox can be amazing for editing workflows, using it remotely could get a little tricky some time. We would recommend you using it locally for smooth experience since the remote workflow really depends on a lots varieties, such as network speed, OS, remote software, etc.

I've tried reddit, and your FAQs, but there's no information geared towards the Tourbox Lite. Tell me why the console still won't process my Tourbox despite my computer doing so, all my drivers being updated, and the firmware reset. Very disappointing I can find nothing on your newest model.

I am struggling to set up this action in Tourbox ALT+P+Up+Enter this is to tell Lightroom to open up Multiple brackets in Photoshop. the issue i am having is i can program something like ALT+P but i cant program ALT+P+E. if i press the buttons it doenst allow me to add the E. it only allows me to get this ALT+E so im loosing the P. what am i doing wrong?

@@cyberjet2004 We have found the solution for you by using the Macro since they are two separate shortcuts! You could create a Macro, then assign "ALT + P" for opening the Photo sub menu, then 3 times Arrow Down, 1 Arrow Right, Enter. And you are good to go!

Will there be any default presets for Adobe illustrator? I know Illustrator is very limiting, but I am no programmer so I don't know what's possible to do with it. I wish there were more options to control colors and other values using the console. Right now all I can do is use Actions to define shortcuts that I assign to the console. And not every parameter or effect can be added to an action.

I'm working in the latest Beta version of PP. And they have assigned the scrolling to the mouse scroll wheel which seems to defeat PP's own keyboard setting. So while the settings still exist in the Keyboard settings area to assign a shortcut to the Program/Source zoom, they don't appear to do anything anymore. I have tried assigning them to Tourbox to no avail. I have assigned Zoom to Fit to a Tourbox click of the wheel....but with my own Marco to select the program monitor first.

The beta versions can sometimes contain compatibility issues with third-party tools like TourBox. Since it will update pretty frequently with unknown issue, so it would be hard for us to compatible with any beta software. We would recommend you using TourBox with stable version in order to have a smooth experience!

It's too expensive for what it is. I do like the multiple knob/scroll controls, but that's about it. It has to have at least 10 more macro buttons for it to be usable.

Actually you could combine keys to create a new shortcut, which makes it a hundred plus shortcuts device! And we just released TourBox Lite in a more affordable price range, check that out!

@@TourBoxTech Yeah. I know. Unfortunately combinations are not exactly the same as having a dedicated button. Also your proposal to choose a Lite model with EVEN LESS controls is ridiculous. I am a digital artist and I'm using Razer Tartarus macro keyboard in my workflow and it's awesome. The only downside is that it has only one scroll control. That is the one reason I like Tourbox - it has multiple knobs for scroll/gradual controls. Unfortunately at twice the price of Tartarus and the small amount of physical buttons I cannot justify the switch. Consider making an updated model with more physical buttons.

Hey! Was checking out some of the presets, and some of them are immediately not working before I haven't even touched anything.. it says "the shortcut is unavailable, please choose a different shortcut" which is a bit frustrating, since turning the wheel one way will zoom out easily, yet I keep getting that message for zooming in. I've reset all shortcuts in the program so it shouldn't mess with the layout for the tourbox, yet nothing is working. Is there any way to fix this?

Question: When setting up a global shortcut for some key, this global shortcut acts as global for other apps than the ones that have defined presets (linked). When I want a global button to work also on the other apps with presets, how do i do that? If i need to manually set each preset i have to the shortcut i want (which is a global shortcut for that button) then it's really not practical. Every time i want to set a button for the global profile i will have to go to all other presets and change it. Is there a way to link a button in a preset to the global preset, where if i change the global preset, that specific button follows along that change?

The global setting could linked with the whole preset only, however, your global button idea was awesome and I would forward it to our dev team. 3 of them are great for 3D art. Lite is more affordable and good for light user, and the Neo/Elite is aim for the professional users out there who need more button for shortcuts. Elite would support Bluetooth connection and haptic feedback!

Been using the Tourbox Elite for several months now and it amazing. Get the Bluetooth one so you don't need the cable. Haven't had a single connection issue. I spent quite a bit of time customising it; and now it's like it's wired to my brain! SO great for Davinci Resolve editing. 5 stars!!!

@@dandline3535 Since DaVinci's color grading API is not open to third party developers, there is no way to adjust it directly unless you use their product. However, you can adjust the parameters via Macro by simulating mouse clicks on the value and then adjusting them via a knob/dial/wheel (setting Arrow Up/Down).

DaVinci is currently not opening the API for any other third parties in the market since they are selling their own product. However, you could assign Up/Down to the dial/knob and use it to adjust the value after double click on the value number! Like in the video 0:45. Yeah, you could create another preset for color & fusion etc. base on your need. If you have more questions about the product and software, reach out to [email protected] we will be happy to help!

Nope...that doest work. That is why many coments are still complaining. Just find the way...double click with mouse on number panel then push hold Tall while dial knob right-left to change the number...dial is not working

It would help if they would explain why I can't connect my new Elite to my Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth, despite jumping through the hoops they suggest. If I don't get an answer in the next day or so, it's going back, unfortunately. It works when connected through a USB cable, but the link light doesn't blink when I try Bluetooth.

ALL of your videos are worthless. They are "promo's" and not tutorials. I bought a tour box... I've been trying to learn it for the past week. I can't find any tutorials. I am a huge website designer and programmer and I can't figure out macro's. I also don't understand why it wants to place my mouse pointer at a specific X, Y, position. My window for the app may not be in the same place or the same size each time? IT's VERY frustrating that you have no MANUAL (unzipped it says it's a quick start guiide). And no tutorials... step by step how to do these things that all your promos FLY SO FAST THROUGH - giving a demo of what it can do but no info on HOW TO DO IT. I see similar msg below. = (

Sorry, you have to connect to TourBox before going into the setting. Check out other review vid from youtubers would help you better understand the settings tho.
