In FGO, Fujimaru can make a lot of contracts with Servants. There are six main servants that he has a close bond too through the other Singularities. Orleans- Jeanne D’Arc Septem- Nero Claudius Okeanos- Franis Drake London- Mordred America- Florence Nightingale Camelot-Bedivere There are a lot, pretty much if Fujimaru meets a Servant in line with saving Humanity then they’ll form a contract no matter how many. And yes, he made a contract with Karna and Siegfried.

In the game, Fujimaru does actually have 300+ servants. Chaldea is that one that supplies the mana while Fujimaru was only needed to be present for summoning and commanding. Kinda like in Fate/Zero with Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald and his wife. However, Fujimaru is unique in a sense that he could actually manage different servants and bonded with them. I mean, imagine the villainous and problematic servants you currently know of from the past fate series in the same room and then there's Fujimaru in the middle.

I highly recommend playing the Gilgamesh route of Fate/Extra CCC if you want to see possibly the best story with Gilgamesh CCC was basically the first Fate media where Gilgamesh was in a major non-antagonistic role and his character arc there was just beautiful

It is amazing show and when it was first aired I was so surprised it took 1st place in myanimelist by top anime beaten fullmetal alchemist brotherhood. The animations are hell good by studio Madhouse. The soundtrack is epic and was by Evan call who did anime of violet evergarden, Appare-Ranman!, and my happy marriage.
