How do I keep people from stealing these when I take them out somewhere? Like if I went to the doctor they probably wouldn’t let me take this inside the building.

They will let you do that..its very in right now and it has keys so no one can use it except if you give them the keys

You jump off by letting go of speed control. Turn physically to your left or fight faking the scooter with you. Once the dcooter is facing EXACTLY the right direction insert the key, climb on and go. That’s why these are so inexpensive.
