String hand alignment is good from elbow to arrow. Bow hand to wrist to shoulder to shoulder, not good.

Picked up Olympic Recurve in 2018. Laid up just after Covid with Appendicitis, but did a lot of reading. Came back stronger and switched to Barebow, kind of following Frank's journey. The switch to Barebow gave me a better understanding of the fundamentals of Archery.

If the string blur is on the left is the arrow stiff? If it is on the right is the arrow probably weak?

The amount of comments could be an indication of archers not being aware of how important this session is or will be.

Just how quiet does a bow need to be? Will there always be some buzz? I think I have a decently quiet bow, but it still has some buzz. If I adjust brace up or down it never gets any quieter.

Absolutely love Cinzia.. excellent to hear about her drills and always wondered what she was looking at before getting to anchor. Nice one Frank.

Unfortunately, the World Archery Europe KZfaq channel has deleted the video (24-03) with Kristina's championship on it. I saved the link after she posted it in a Facebook barebow group but now it's nowhere to be found. 😕

I replaced an AAE FF Elite rest with a Zniper for Barebow shooting with a Gillo GT riser and Gillo GTL-88 limbs. The Zniper was easy to setup, works flawlessly for all distances and crawls, easy to tune arrows, zero fletching clearance issues, and improved scoring particularly at the longer targets out to 50m. What I like best about it is that for the skinny 4.2mm shafts there are no wire rest issues hitting the plunger ferrule (Beiter, in my case) because the skinny shafts need to be raised up real close to the plunger button and not allow the wire to get flush to the riser upon release, as happens with wire rests that fold inward (AAE FFL, Spig ZT, etc). What I don't like about the Zniper is ... nothing, so far.

Great discussion about focusing on strength during the initial phase after lengthy time away from the range. Interesting that Demmer doesn’t tune until strength comes back…

Congrats @raymondhuang6063, what a super humble and overall good guy to have won the classic. It would be great to know more about your shot process and execution and whether you shoot triggered (if so what's your trigger?) or triggerless?

Nice to hear about the GAS recurve strings. Went to their KZfaq site and watched the video about the recurve+ strings. Definitely have to get one of these and see if they are better that the ones I am using today.

Nice interview. I saw Rayginald or Regimond or whatever his name is shoot at Lancaster (at least we can agree on his last name). Do you know what his draw weight was? In the interview, it sounds like his bow was relatively heavy.
