I'm always in awe at what people like these two accomplish. I wonder if they sleep or they are just naturally brilliant and driven. I folded some sheets that were in the dryer for five days.

Glad you're feeling better! I love Robin Robertson's cookbooks and have quite a bit of them. I've seen both ends of the spectrum where meat eaters are a bit too obsessed with protein and some vegans don't give it enough consideration. I've seen some "what I eat in a day" videos and it's "a potato, a salad and some veggie stir fry" and it seems a bit deficient to me. Somewhere in the middle there's a spot. I'm 64 and as I age in the plant based world, I do give adequate protein a consideration for muscle and bone health, etc. Anyway, off my soapbox. Great episode.

Denver vegan food scene is so sad. Denver really aint progressive, not like portland or cali. Denver like eating taurus testicles aka rocky mountain oysters.

Hi there, I watched your KZfaq video. Your every video is really awesome. But your channel and your videos expect more views and subs. I analyzed Your KZfaq channel and I found KZfaq video SEO is not done. This is why your video is not going viral and views are not increasing.

I believe soup to nuts is like beginning to end, because a full course meal could start with the soup and end with nuts for picking at when at a dinner party. I could be wrong though

Great show! Love her attitude and philosophy. It's amazing all you can do with raw fresh ingredients. I do think that raw foodists had their moment that came and went. It was all the rage 10 or 15 years ago. For me that diet as a whole is lacking and doesn't have enough calories (have you seen some of their "what I eat in day videos?" the amount of food they eat is massive and as you mentioned must be expensive) for me personally, but I love exploring the dishes as they are so creative.

I'm so glad dustin shares his fabulously amazing recipes for free on the universal meals website. I also love how the meals are very quick to download with a 'download all' button. Makes life so simple. I've been downloading the files since yesterday! I checked them out, they're super amazing with dustin's flair! All I wonder is if we can share them with others, but I believe he said yes in an interview on pcrm, so I can't wait to show them to others and spead teh good word. It's an extension mentally of my knowledge of my plate that dr barnard brought about to give us recipes to fill that plate with!

2:05 Well I can't give you real food, but can I at least give you two foods? 1) A rainbow salad mason jar with the dressing at the bottom that you have to scoop. It's my homemade raw ranch, but thinned out with who knows what and spiced up. 2) dry mix for raw orange ginger zing with carrot carob bars that can be turned into bites. Ok a bonus, 3) chickpea noodle soup with multiple bullions with no salt nor fat added, with secret spicing (ok it's tabil and berbere spice blend). This is for a comfort day to feel amped for what comes next. Oh yeah - I have popcorn, dipped pretzel stick, and trail mix jars for everyone that wants to share. Enough to go around. I look forward to anyone who has a granola jar lol

Hi, thanks so much for the great video - I will visit these restaurants and shops :). I wanted to ask if it would be possible to split the video into smaller pieces in the timeline and write the name of the restaurant in their description. This would make it easier to find each restaurant and then I wouldn't have to skip the video and search for the beginning and end of each report. PS: „So What?!?“ restaurant is permanently closed :-(

Asking someones opinion of vegan food who isn't vegan is like asking a domestic house dog who eats dry dog food all their life what organic wagyu taste like. Of course they cant tell because their tastebuds only know low vibrational artery clogging junk. Meat is inferior to organic vegan food.

not to mention joint issues. Whenever I eat gluten - my gums blacken. I can have very clean teeth, even if I skip brushing, but I eat gluten and my gums fall apart and it blackens my teeth. Then I eat something that restores my teeth and that problem goes away. Thrush too comes in. Not to mention bleeding skin, swollen mouth, I get canker sores from the gluten. Bruising. Not to mention the pains where I can barely walk from it. The under the skin feeling of my connective tissue leaving me to give me wrinkles, etc. It's horrible.

@@extropiantranshuman My biology professor has a worse wheat alergy than I have. Now, I find that I can eat white bread without any problems. The whole wheat bread has many proteins in it that a person can be alergic to. .. Gluten is just 1 of those protiens. ..
