I’m having trouble with the out of bounds heaven Easter egg, how do you do it?

Missed Easter Egg. Go To John Seed and than go to this station (yowabos Hoto) in the Center of the building outside there's a machine called (Speed cola) green color from (Block Ops Zombies)Missed Easter Egg.

Prove me wrong but i think there was suposed to be the Citadel because there is a road that goes from gas town and out to the big nothing and acording to fury road that roads heads to the citadel and by using god mode there are alot of easter eggs out there hidden by the big nothing.

There's no Warhammer40K Bolter, level 2 sniper(which is clearly based on Arctic Wardare Police(which is "The AWP" from Counter-Strike), Barnacles in Episode 3 which are clearly based on models from Half-Life: Alyx.
