Okay soo one thing I would like to say that bitterness doesn't come from roast level but from grind size finer the size more will be stronger the coffee that is why dark roast are coarser compare to medium and light roast soo that it can give best coffee taste

@@learner114 make sure to find the best doctor and in post surgery check up ask for if there are any folds in flap.. and also do the check up with the different doctor just to make sure..
