yes! all the models will be up for sale right before closing the community. However, the price will be significantly higher as all upgrades are included.

I bought my house for 275k and I refinanced for 15 years at a 2.0 interest rate. So yeah that house “town home” your showing is not cheap.

Whether there people move out of the state or inflation or drug addiction probleme etc. But I don't no why, but California's houses still today catch my 👀eyes with it's amazing uniqueness 😍, despite the sky rocket in housing price in market! Yep.. in WINCHESTER! lol.. I get it’s trying to latch on to the actual cities around it.. but, there’s literally no infrastructure being put in except the greedy home developers, and I’m sure there will be some fast food, and gas stations.. but almost everyone who lives there will commute to a real city for $.. trust me, I live in Menifee.. city has been around for a while. And still, not much retail, or industry.

WAS ! UNFORTUNATELY, NOT ANYMORE. Traffic, crime and prices are skyrocketing daily. I've lived here for 35 years. It's not as great as it was year's ago. Too close to the open border issue and it's definitely an issue, sadly.

Seems to me that these homes would be in a High risk wildfire zone and since all the big insurance companies have left California the biggest issue would be insuring the home. Alot of sales have fallen through due to Insurance issues, no Farmers, no Statefarm most likely would have to resort to the state insurance plan.

I live in Murrieta but the thing is there’s not much in Winchester, if only these houses were built closer to a more developed area with stores, food, etc. (I’m aware Winchester does have some stuff, but not much)

About an hour 45 minutes from LA in "moderate" traffic and an hour and a half from south San Diego with no traffic. Not the worst thing. Ive done a ton of work driving from SD to these areas in traffic and that really sucks so keep that in mind. Traffic can take an hour and a half and 2.5X it. Plan accordingly.
