Couldn't get my hands on blasters or megas. I got close online but scalper bots were faster. I wasn't going to pay the crazy 2 to 3 times markup scalpers were asking. I bought a retail box and I'm going to be opening it tomorrow.

It’s just money. 🤷🏻♂️ This is a hobby for fun; not an investment. If anyone expects a return on investment with every retail box, mega, blaster, etc you rip then they are in for a rude awakening. If you want to invest; invest in buying singles. Ripping is just fun as heck. 🔥

LCS in our town had these out yesterday and was selling them for $225 a pop. After seeing this, so glad I passed on them. Optic has been insane this year. Thanks for the video by the way. Very informative!

Yeah for $96-120 they are a super fun rip with 24 packs. The potential is huge in them but as you can see very low floor. 😂

All the Retail configurations are on KZfaq - Blasters, both Mega Boxes, Value Packs and Retail Boxes for 2023 Donruss Optic. Hobby should be expensive with the Serial Numbered cards and the Hobby Inserts. The Blue Stars are only collectible for a handful of teams. Really want to see what Hobby has for the price tag. 🤓🏈

It’s a tough call. 1 retail box or 2 megas would be a tossup for me. The retail boxes sealed will probably be more rare and the 24 packs with 6 stars parallels is nice. Both have HUGE hit potential in them with the DT’s and other SSP hits.

@@SpadeBlinkYT 4 retail boxes @ $120 would be $480. 10 megas @ $60 would be $600. 8 megas would be more equivalent and I think I would choose to rip 8 megas in that scenario. A few stores are rumored to be dropping megas for $49.99 though, those would be the best purchase of ANY Optic boxes that will release in my opinion.

Nah not at all. They are only $22 per hanger. Fun, cheap rip with a very, very high ceiling. Just the way I like it!

They aren’t. They dropped Wednesday night and last night on Walmart’s website and once sold out they pulled the listing. Check your local Walmarts as they are supposed to get them this week.

Only reason why wemby cards are dying off a bit right now is cuz he’s not in the playoffs. If he was in the playoffs his cards would be tripled for sure. Specially after he won ROTY. He should also won DPOTY but he was robbed off of that one. Ain’t no way Rudy deserved it more not at all. And it’s showing in this playoffs he didn’t deserve it. But it’s all good Wemby will win it next year.
