I actually haven’t came across working with etching glass that much but I’m sure there’s something you could use to to help you make the glass be smooth, And yes I have extreme sensitive skin, so that’s why I wear gloves for most of my projects. But I knew that using acetone was going to be the easiest way to takeoff the roses from my lamp.😊

Nice job! I’ve tried 1500 grit sandpaper to get rid of etching on glass lamps, if you ever come across that. Also, thank you for wearing gloves!! I see lots of DIYers working without them. Save your skin!!
