There are RPG games in WH40k universe and there we get descriptions of hive worlds and administrative planets and all the places and things that support the perpetual war. All the things the miniature game does not simulate but what official fiction books have.

The closest I've seen to what you're looking for is Eberron. I want to say Dragon Star does that also, but I think it's a mix of technology and magic that got them to that level. Most of the settings I'm aware of that have that level of exploitation of magic also have a decent amount of technology mixed with it, such as Starfinder and Iron Kingdoms.

This kind of knife is illegal (double edge) in many national jurisdictions. Also, this design is not very ergonomic. Too many flaws to be really useful as a survival knife.

This seems like a product at war with itself, survival aspects, combat aspects, but rather than complimenting each other they seem to sabotage each other. It's a fascinating knife design, but I don't think I'd use this as more than a letter opener. Hells, I have a Buck 119 I picked up at Walmart I'd much prefer to have in a survival situation to this.
