Some common symptoms of HPB are the incapacity to contain the Urine for long time, the burden sensations, the dropping urine after urinate and to wake up constantly at night to pee. There can be cases of the history family of it from the patient or not . But the first of all it’s needed to rule out if it is an UTI or another kind of situation so we will make a physical examen introducing the finger in the rectum to check and palpate the bladder so we see if it hurts or if it is inflamed . There can be some stones like GallStones / BladderStones so we need to verify all that. A urinare test and ultrasound will be useful too. The next step is to make some lifestyles changes Stop drinking water or another kind of drink high in caffeine , soda before going to sleep and to learn to use the muscles to retain the urine… If the patient can’t urinate its urgent to go to the EMS

Hi there! It mainly depends on your familiarity with the person. If you're in a strictly professional setting you might wanna use "usted" but if you're more friendly you can use "tú". In most countries using "usted" is mostly a sign of respect (we use it with our elderly, doctors, patients etc). Hope this helps!
