Hi Kerrie, I hope all is well. I was thinking of your videos and went to see what was happening with you since I hadn't had any notifications and see that it's been a while since you posted. I know I am just some lady from America who doesn't even know you, but comfort/food videos are my favorite and yours are so lovely. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you and your family are doing well and busy enjoying the summer.

Ahh lush, Alnwick is lovely. I'm right over the other side of the county in a village near Hexham, but I know the east coast really well. Thank goodness we're having nice weather this week for you. Hope you're having a fab holiday 😊

This must be one of my favourite meals of the week at your house as everythinb looked delicious. Oh that roast dinner and the lasagne are my absolute favourites! Hope things go well for Aeris on Friday. It must be frightening for her, not hearing anything at the moment. Thank goodness she has such a wonderful, supportive family around her.

Kids grow up so quickly, I can't believe that my daughter will be 50 in September, and I'm not nearly old enough 😂it's odd when I get frozen left overs they never seem as juicy as when you put it in, the freezer, sometimes dinner goes wrong and its a small thing compared to what goes on in life😊I've just been eating raw this week, just veg and humus ect, my man also ate fresh but fish ect, go and crash it's hard looking after and fretting over our cubs, 😊

Glad to see you posting and even more glad to learn that Aeris has come through her operation. What a terribly worrying time for your family. It had to be done, she deserves the very best chances that life has to offer her although i know the decision was not an easy one to make.

I found you the other day when the algorithm suggested you and I've been binging your videos. I am a not-quite elderly lady who lives in Memphis, Tennessee and it's just me and my little dog. You have the loveliest family and you cook so well. Best wishes to you and Aeris, you're in my thoughts.

Hi Kerrie, can you tell me if you've ever made a sauce in the air fryer? I watched another KZfaqr do a creamy garlic sauce and I had mixed results after following the advice. Any thoughts?
