Here's what I got. I paid Rs. 70,000 for a new Creality K1 printer from them. It stopped working within 3 months. It's been 4 months since it went for service to them, and parts are still not available. Neither will WOL3D replace the piece, nor will they entertain a refund. Their policy is classic corporatism, where they wash their hands clean of any responsibility or liability. Luckily, the person who I am speaking with is honest and sincere, and is trying to help me sort it out despite the obstacles... but the company policy is geared to put the end-purchaser at a huge loss/disadvantage. I paid for a printer marked on their website as an "Industrial Grade" printer - not a DIY machine - and hence I felt the larger price tag would get me peace of mind... but the exact opposite has been true. I would recommend buying a super-cheap printer, preferably from somewhere else that provides an actual replacement and warranty, but even if you do not get that, at least you have lost relatively less money on your hobby. My main recommendation is to stick with open-source designs, so you can at least source and replace parts yourself, but be prepared to slog it out. This is not properly supported hardware, and WOL3D does not have a reliable solution if something should go wrong. You are on your own. Good luck!
