Hi Dustin,my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado WT 1500 is overheating little bit above 210°,no leaks at all,new water pump and as I said it goes over 210° and then go back to the center,air conditioning fine,fan working fine,I had multiple misfires but all eight spark plugs were replaced with AC Delco and computer not show misfires anymore,just a problem with the active shutters system,what do you think, thermostat and temperature sensor are new and not leaking through

The front hole on the actuator fits over a guide pin, there are only 2 screws for the actuator and 3 for the cover, don't go crazy trying to put a 3rd screw in it as there is none.

To late for me. Mine failed and that cost me $6,200. Thermostat got stuck closed. No warning lights or temp warnings. However, the electric fan did come on. I thought that was a stuck fan relay. Didn't notice I had a transmission problem until it gave me symptoms. Was 200 miles from home. It got back home, but it was fried. That was an unnecessary failure.

Did you not put any bulbs in the bottom rear light panels. In the video I did not see you put a led light in on the bottom

You’re supposed to leave the gauges on to check for leaks before you fill it up with refrigerant. That way you don’t waste that expensive AC Pro refrigerant. Also, don’t use refrigerant with oil. There are specific amounts to use when replacing certain components on the system.

I was able to use the torsion key tool to apply enough pressure to free the torsion bar. 2002 yukon xl. I hope this helps someone

He recommended Hotshot fuel additive. I ran it for years until I found Archoil. Archoil will make a huge difference. More power,. better fuel economy and my truck idles perfectly. I run it in my equipment also, it keeps the DPF clean and regens are back up from 8 hr to almost 40 hrs between regens.
