I’m a fellow introvert and love spending most of my time at home, where I feel safe, comfortable and happy. Recently I have found the right balance: being impulsive, taking risks and experiencing new things because that makes me happy too (although the thought of it is scary) I changed my job this year after being in one for 7 years and that was a scary change, but it was also the best thing I have done this year and im so proud of myself. So if you feel like doing something but not having the confidence, just do it ! Your future self will thank you and you did it all by yourself ❤ My boyfriend is an extrovert with adhd we compliment each other well, I bring the calmness out in him and he brings the confidence out in me. Thanks for another lovely vlog I look forward to another one as I have binged watched all of your videos now 😂❤

I have the same, I could travel wherever I wanted with a happy mood and I loved everything about it. But almost 7 years traveling became horror for me, I even get upset about the packing. So I wasn’t in a plane since then. Just some rare holidays with a car or by train. But I train myself to do some trips to expand my comfort zone. Actually I got used to it to feel very good at home.

Loved this video! I’m gearing up for a bunch of travel this coming month (wedding, bachelorette and 2 other trips) and I COMPLETELY resonate. Especially with the “I feel like I should be doing more” thoughts… but not wanting to do anything lol. It’s hard to be an introvert when you wanna travel and show up for other people but it can be so draining. You make me feel less weird / alone 🤍

I do the exact same thing when I visualize events, my other, not actually happening leading up to the day. Someone told me to think of it more as “my curiosity is getting the best of me, it’s not my anxiety.” And sometimes that works! It’s also hilarious because I also ordered a long wide legged jumpsuit from Lulus to wear to a wedding that happened a week ago 😂

LMAO I do the same thing with my blanket over my eyes if I wake up 😂😭

Idk if this is me or not but my people-pleasing have connection to my codependent problem The moment i say no, i become the villain, and i feel guilty which is the victim and then i need to help other to feel better or needed, which is the hero period For anyone that have same cycle on these three you can search more about codependent from google And by knowing this, it help me to never feel overly bad when i decide to say no As a person we must have the ability to choose and when this deprived from us we become helpless and can effect uncertainty on our personal individual identity which effect our self-esteem too

I absolutely love AYR. Their denim is fantastic quality. Expensive, but they will last you forever. They run true to size and have an amazing denim short that I wear all the time. I have subbed all my pants out for AYR because of the quality and the fit. Watch for sales and you can usually get a great deal - they don’t run sales a lot so you need to keep on the look out. Their t-shirts (short and long sleeve) are phenomenal.

Our baby is 4 months old and he is hyperactive! He does not show most of the traits you mentioned except for the zoomies and rolling in the smell. I guess they are all different. He is also not clingy and hate being kissed lollll but we loveeeeee him to death.
