Looks nice, and Yoder is great, I own their smoker, but with the cantilever design, you cannot use a rotisserie! Lone Star Grillz is the way

What temp did you smoke the ribs at before wrapping them? And could you marinate the whole rack instead of cutting it into individual ribs? I’m looking forward to trying these!
