This leads directly to prisons full of black men, no white racism needed.

FUN FACT: There are almost no black tech companies, despite the huge open door policy, the massive funding, the mandates, incentives...why??? It ain't racism, because there's no more progressive square mile on earth. ANSWER: Blacks lack the ideas, the creative thinking. It's that simple. So stop blaming whites Whoopi, look in the mirror. Evolution is tough, but its blameless.

I have worked in education for more than 20 years and in schools with children enrolled from all backgrounds. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that 100% of the time, my worse-behaving students are students raised by black single parents and/or grandparents. And as a result, most of these students bring with them to school extreme emotional and psychological disorders that emanate from their dysfunctional home environments. Most of the time, black kids can't read anything. And they are far behind, in every way, white and asian students. It is a disgrace. I do not know what has happened to the black race, but in the last few decades, there has been a significant decline in values. African Americans aren't developing life skills, they aren't developing the most desirable job skills, and they aren't developing ambition. More black people need to graduate from high school, rather than dropping out. They need to earn advanced college degrees well beyond high school. Whether you like it or not, it's the survival of the fittest! No one is going to just hand over to you a house, a car, and a successful life. More black people need to accept and educate their kids about the fact that living well in America is expensive. It is VERY EXPENSIVE. Without exception, you must aggressively pursue success and compete with others for it. More black people need to be ambitious and far more competitive. There are parents who don't even enroll their kids into government-funded public schools. Before their child is even born, they put their kid on a waiting list to be enrolled in some of the best private schools in the country. That is how serious those parents are about making certain their child learns well and can compete in life. That is who your child is competing with, and for some of America's most basic jobs! Black people need to get a clue and catch up to whites and asians who are running circles around them and their kids. You are not even in the game. Black people have been on the bench, letting everyone else enjoy winning for far too long. GET OFF YOUR BEHIND and GET IN THE GAME OF LIFE.

Somebody's pulling me close to the ground. I ain't panicked, I've been here before. Seems like only yesterday when I got up on that stage, in front of that crowd, and showed them who was who, and what was what. Man look at these suckas, I ain't a rapper, I'm a hustler. Just so happens I know how to rap.

i find it interesting.. that the narrative running in this video's portrayal of Jay Z, continuously heaped negatives on this man, and tried to find fault in him separating himself from certain elements.. while at the same time showing those elements (and people involved) were backstabbing him.. it's happened before.. where the main element had to walk out the door (like Dr. Dre at Death Row), so they could grow. Then the same hood that ain't feeling that.. want's to know what you're going to do to give back. While they dish sh!t, showing the wish they could still have that knife in your back. They don't want to call Jay Z a genius.. Well, their definition of him isn't stopping his genius. Like Pippen always dissin' Jordan.. They have so much time to gossip, and talk about Jay Z, while he doesn't use his time to talk about them. He's using his time to do things.. that show you how to win, while others are showing you, they barely know how to swim

😂😂😂😂 When A Genius Leaves the Hood REALLY. This dude has never been the best at anything but using people until he gets what he needs. This guy is a fraud the one business skills he had was watching Dame Dash knock down ever door that tried to keep Jay out the game. The man was damn near Thirty when finally got ah deal. Def Jam gave him a job because Damn was about to put everybody on. He was about to cut out the middle man. Def Jam saw what was happening and made a power move by making Jay the President of Def Jam hens Destroy Roc-Fella at the same time. Lyor Cohen saved Def Jam by taking Dame out the picture. They Showed Jay the Money and the rest is his story or History. Jay is and will always be a money whore, that’s just who he is. That Book of Hov shit in NEW YORK is Blasphemy if you ask me. His is not that Great of a Person and he’s definitely not a Genius. Maybe opportunistic but not a genius. The only reason Lyor chose Jay was because he was more controllable then Dame. That’s It! No to mention him partnering with known informants instead of the people who help him get there speaks volumes.

Dame Dash = Moe Greene Jay Z = Michael Corleone If it(Rockafella) were the mafia, Dame would’ve been taken out- he became stagnant, started issues with the biggest earner, ego driven, but mistaken for business sense that got exposed when Jay left- he couldn’t recreate the success. Jay Z recreated his success, and pushed it further, became part of the elite…

To quote a brilliant mind, and a magnificent individual, _”Im not a businessman, I’m a BUSINESS, MAN!”_ They say Jay Z gave us the blueprint, but misunderstood, Jay Z/Shawn Carter IS the blueprint. A human Rolodex of algebraic street logic, amalgamated by the economical model(supply & demand) within his music, lifestyle, and ideology. He always learned from the successful, and wise, people in his life, from his environment- Calvin Klein, PeeWee Kirkland, Jaz O(which most don’t know, is a super official standup individual of the streets), Dame Dash, Warren Buffet, and the business structure of those in the Fortune 500.. he studied them, patterned himself using certain qualities applying them in the streets. Jay Z came across mature, wise, confident, sure of himself, a natural leader, because he was great follower, and he knew quality always over quantity- never settle for less, that’s not how high end brands maintain their name being spoken with class.. He’s not special, he’s just a person like any other, but he is the anomaly due to not wasting his potential.. any of us could do that too, now, literally right now, but we won’t, don’t, can’t, shan’t because… … Jay Z is truly one of THE GOATs.
