Correct is supposed to do that you should to leave a quarter inch around the edges same size as the squares don’t go beyond that point unless it’s just white

The cricket won’t read the squares. You just use that as a aligning point with your mat.

You don't need to print the registration boxes. I would not use borderless. The idea is to trick Design space into not shrinking your design and allowing you to cut a full page. Your registration marks should cut correctly within the tape on the mat.

@@EricMBoyd Thanks for replying! I took a deep breath after my comment and kept trying. I got it to work 1 time completely perfect but it went back to cutting wildly off after that. I'm not sure what exactly is going wrong, but the registration marks never cut in the same spot twice.

@@JLxNJ try something to print the same page on regular paper 3-5 times. Overlap the pages put up to some light and I find 90% of the time the issue is the printer is not always printing the page the way we think. You will most likely see that the images do not always align. I found this to be true on multiple Tray Feeds on my 3 Epson printers. I have to use a rear feed to make them print more uniformly.

@@EricMBoyd Printed a few copies of my design and they all line up pretty perfectly. The problem I'm having is the cricut machine starting the cut way outside of the original 8.5" x 11" square, like its reading its starting point wrong. I calibrated the blade a few times, make sure to load the mat in correctly and have been re-doing the square every couple of fails.

@@JLxNJ ok so you are not doing the trick your cricut method you are doing print and then cut through design space.

Yes, absolutely, I was selling stickers at comicon shows and online. When you can sell stickers for $2 each and a single sheet of sticker paper costs 25 cents with laminate and ink. I wanted to get as many stickers to a page as possible. With the Cricut size limitations I could only get about 6 stickers to a page. That's $12 a sheet I make selling the 6 stickers. With this trick I could get 9-10 to a page and that is almost $20 a page. Not a big deal with stickers, but when doing MAGNET Sheets which can run about 2-3 dollars a sheet before laminate and ink it was a huge difference. Hope that helps. I now make full Vinyl Stickers and stopped making the paper ones. Cost slightly more, but people pay more for waterproof stickers to put on cups and what not. Ordering from a supplier is great but they charge $1-1.5 per sticker and they want 25-50 of the same sticker. My way I make more money and they are pretty much made to order.

I have Silhouette cameo 4 and bunch of vinyl in stock, I was trying to sell stickers even below price but nobody seams to notice this, they say it is way to expensive and a cost of shipping is huge in comparison to the price of the sticker, only solution is to sell in a bulk of 50-100 stickers but where to find such a client, it is a mystery for me. Thanks for braking this down for me, I appreciate it.

If use them to print and cut full page using my trick your Cricut method. Saves on waste of materials. Need to watch my other video to understand. Hope that helps.
