Your content quality is good but your channel is not optimized, and your video is not SEO optimized, I mean search engine optimization SEO. And most important eye -catching video thumbnail design. Because of which your channel is not growing, video views and subscribers.

Another possible minus for being high, as I found out by experience, is that wind may make your balcony (if you have one) unusable for much of the time.
