What did you do to get the increased mileage? I am in Wickenburg, Az Would it be ok to give you a call? I have only had my 2007 for 2 days I’m still learning about it

I don't do anything special, my Hummer is stock, no mods except for replacing the little finger sized tie rods with 3/4 inch Kryptonite tie rods, that should be done on every Hummer H2 that goes off road AT ALL. OEM TIE RODS SCREAM... "BREAK ME!" Only things I do for best fuel economy are... USE LOWEST OCTANE for flat road driving, the H2 does GREAT with lower octane gas, higher octane gets worst fuel economy in both directions, because it burns faster, hotter and costs more. WHEN RUNNING IN MOUNTAIN REGIONS THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS GREAT FUEL ECONOMY, YOU ARE DRAGGING A 6500 POUND BRICK UP MOUNTAINS, so USE MID GRADE OCTANE for more power, but you get less MPG. I use CHEVRON gas when possible. I ALWAYS USE THE BEST FLUIDS, NEVER CHEAPEST OILS OR TRANNY FLUIDS. I USE CHEVRON TECHRON FUEL ADDITIVE/INJECTOR CLEANER EVERY 2,000 miles... IT MAKES TRUCK RUN SMOOTHER AND INCREASES MPG about 3 to 3 MPG. I have always (For 15 years) used ROYAL PURPLE 10 W 50 SYN OIL, but will be switching to AMSOIL 10 W 50 THE NEXT OIL CHANGE. ALWAYS EXPENSIVE, BUT ALWAYS WORTH IT! Pay $100 per oil change now or pay $7,000 for an Engine Rebuilt the choice is easy for me. KEEP IT COOL AND SLIPPERY and it will last you 20 or 30 years, well over 200,000 miles, possibly 400,000 miles before engine work. MAKE SURE THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT TUNE YOUR INJECTORS TOO RICH, NOT TOO LEAN, BUT TOO RICH JUST BURNS FUEL UNNECESSARILY. OEM GOODYEAR TIRES GET THE BEST MPG, LARGER TIRES LIKE MINE... GET A COUPLE MILES LESS MPG. Latest version of my Hummer shown below. dizeman.com/kong/kong.jandk.capehatteras.jpg --------------------------- dizeman.com/kong/2humcoronor.jpg

I don't any more, I have had the Hummer for 15 years, the first five years I got 19.2 mpg when on straight and level highways like I-10 headed from Las Vegas to Salisbury, MD. Then it dropped down to about 17.3 when I made the video you just watched. Stayed between 17 and 17.4 mpg for about five years. At or around 2018 I had the 90,000 mile tune-up where they fix or check everything, cleaned the injectors, MAP Sensor cleaned... NEVER SAW 19 mpg or 17 mpg again, today I get 12.9 to 14.9 mpg on those same highways. BUT YES! On my 2007 H2 to get the best MPG, I use CRUISE CONTROL AT 70 MPG and USE REGULAR GAS... BETTER GAS MILEAGE WITH CHEAPER GAS for some reason. 87 oct gas works best. I do run higher octane once a month to keep the injectors clean and I use CHEVRON TECHRON FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER twice a year. I HONESTLY THINK WHEN THE DEALERSHIP DID THE 90K TUNE-UP THEY TUNED ME A WEEEEE BIT RICH. It may have been running a WEEEE bit LEAN the first 5 years I owned it, the difference might be why there has been a drop in MPG over the 15 years I have owned the Hummer. I have driven it to the ATLANTIC OCEAN and BACK TO VEGAS 12 times... IT NEVER LETS ME DOWN! But, yeah 70 mph with the cruise control is my sweet spot running 87 octane gas, TECHRON fuel cleaner twice a year. I live just outside of Las Vegas so I am always driving in mountains which influences my mpg.

Understand what you are buying and why you are buying it. How in the world do you think a bike can be auto tuned without narrow band or wide band oxygen sensors? Before bashing a product you should take responsibility of your own actions. Understand what you need and why.

I guess sometimes people just have to spit. I don't understand why, but sometimes they just do. I don't know if it is my having a Hummer that irritates you or whatever you imagine having a Hummer means. Can I afford a tripod or head cam? Sure! But why is that required to open a box? I am not selling anything, this is not a commercial channel, nor am I looking for LIKES or SHARES. I am just sharing the experience I had with a pair of brake pads. And apparently that was enough to promote sarcasm and spitting. Tripod you say? I have $5,000 worth of Tripods, Fluid Heads, Ball Heads, Dollies. @@cezarnebun9607 You are so predictable, I should have went ahead and posted your response in advance, it was obvious what you were going to say. That's how it works with guys like you, you snark and spit and then when someone responds IN KIND, you get all in a huff. WOW! As legendary Coach Bear Bryant said, "It ain't braggin' if it's true!" It's just stating the fact of the matter. Again, it was not intended to be a commercial video, just a quick comment about the brakes. Some understood and asked intelligent questions, but you couldn't get past my Hummer, which seemed to be far more important to you than it is even to me. To me, it's just a TRUCK. I like it, but to you it had some strange, some weird connection to whether or not I could afford a Tripod. So, my response is valid, reasonable and appropriate. I answered your question, your concern as to whether or not I could afford a TRIPOD, since as you implied, if one owns a Hummer, they certainly should be able to afford a TRIPOD. YEP! I CAN! Now, I know your KIND and you will go on about this for WEEKS if I feed your neurosis, so... I ANSWERED YOU QUESTION, NOW I HAVE NO MORE TIT/TAT/TIME for you Cezar. Go be sarcastic somewhere else! Enjoy your bathroom break! Everyone else understood my commentary is about BRAKES and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, not my Hummer.

Thanks! I did not know that, I thought they moved on. Since I made this video in May of 2019 I have used about a pound of AMDRO every year around the perimeter of my home and so far, as of October 22, 2022, I still have not seen a single Ant. I have noticed I have not been able to find the same Amdro product at Home Depot this year. Hopefully Walmart still carries it.

Ive tried just about everything available and Amdro Ant Block is the only thing that totally solved my ant problem. I shake it around my exterior foundation twice a year (spring and fall) and I have zero ants now year round. To make it easy to remember, I spread it every Easter and Thanksgiving while I'm wasting time waiting for our dinner to cook. Enjoy your last holiday meal ants!

Follow the directions regarding when and how to spread it. I just sprinkle it around the outside of my house and around the edges of the wall that surrounds my property and this will be the 4th year I have been ANT FREE since I began using AMDRO and I only use 1 container a year. I spread it in early June each year and so far, no ants. Starting to see some Crickets this year, maybe four so far, but they have found their way to my patio, but ZERO ants. I have not used any AMDRO since June of last year, so I have to go to Home Depot today and pick up a container for this year. BEST $14 I SPEND ALL YEAR! Good luck! Unless you have some specialty ants I don't know about, I am confident you will be surprised at how well this works. I have never seen any product like it before, when it comes to keeping ants away.

Never heard of such a thing. Spread AMDRO around perimeter of home, look for mounds, sprinkle a ring of AMDRO around each ant mound. No more Ants! Other ant repellants and traps bring ants to your property, get rid of all other ant baits, traps and use only AMDRO. NO MORE ANTS. I may salt the property again in June, but come June... THREE YEARS NO ANTS... NOT ONE! I even sprinkled some AMDRO in my garbage cans outside. Though I have never seen any ants there, I do so just to be prepared.

Probably this weekend, I will spread AMDRO around the exterior of my home. This will be the third year in a row since the first time I applied this product. So far, knock on wood... I have not seen a single Ant on my property and I have a Blackstone Griddle, an Aztec Pizza Oven and a Pit Boss BBQ gas and wood grill in my backyard and we do a lot of cooking in the yard. BEES, yes... I do have a few BEES and half a dozen Humming Birds, but I have not seen an Ant in three years. Prior to that as I mentioned on the video, there were Ants outside and behind my range. I pulled the range out a few weeks ago to plug in a 220v stick welder and there was no sign of living, nor dead Ants, so I guess my Ants have been living with my neighbors for 3 years. Good luck! I think you will be surprised and amazed at what you do not find on your property in a week. I haven't seen any spiders this year either, but I cannot credit AMDRO with getting rid of the spiders, I don't know if it was just a coincidence or not. But, no spiders either.

@DIZEMANPHOTO 3 жыл бұрын
No question is a dumb question when money or safety are at stake. You order PER AXLE, as in Front Brake Pad Set which includes 4 pads, 2 for each wheel. So yes, if you order a FRONT SET you get 4 brake pads, 1 inside and 1 outside for the left front wheel and 1 inside and 1 outside for the right front wheel. Same if you order a REAR BRAKE SET, if indeed your vehicle has disc brakes on all four wheels. (I know the photo on the NRS page only shows 2 pads outside of the box, but you get 4 pads per axle. 2 left, 2 right.)
