My maternal grandfather was a man who worked construction until he no longer could work, using a shovel and obviously his physical strength. He was a muscular man. But super big, but for a man of about 5'8" inch tall and about 175lb is was muscular. Besides what he did for a living I never saw him eating the trash food most people eat today.

John even in your death you’re super relevant to my training. I’ve been considering one of these for benching purposes but was aware some people like these also, but if they get your stamp of approval then I’m for sure getting one of these bars

Have you tried Alpino oats, specifically the chocolate flavor? It's delicious and ready to eat without any baking required. It's the best oats I've ever had! @alpinohealthfoods

Yeah you’ll get much better gains doing higher reps. A lot of people do great with 1 top set around 8-12 reps then take off some weight and fail around 15-20. Then move on to something else.
