Wow, Egusi soup made with your UK-grown Ugu. I just watched your "How to Grow Ugu in the UK" video and noticed this video showcasing egusi soup from your first harvest is already up. I bet the Egusi tasted incredible! It’s fantastic to see you cooking the Saladmaster way with homegrown ingredients. The no-oil Egusi was well paired with oat fufu. So happy for your success.
