Really quite frustrating to watch, as an avid cinephile. Too many things that didn't make sense were happening inexplicably which effectively forced a desired conclusion devoid of reasonable explanation. It's like writing a story about your favorite thing, then make the elements detrimental to it, no longer detrimental. And the favorite thing weaknesses, you'll completely omit in deliberate ignorance, having only one agenda; to make your favorite thing look perfect. The perpetually ongoing success of the Synth advance was not believable. Not after personally living in that game, myself. And I didn't see much of the BoS artillery or munitions being fully utilized against an imminent threat of eradication. This feature was nonsensical, I don't care who made it. Fighting alongside any faction always gives me a panic attack and a half. Because the npc’s are programmed to fire while grouped super close together (for some reason), they are also programmed with laser accurate precision to not hit their own team. You can see in this video how close everyone are to each other, yet their shots are dodging their own team by inches. As a player though we don’t have that, and I can’t count how many time a friendly faction turns hostile because one of the npc’s decided to run directly in front of me and I accidentally kill them.

This is not realistic. Smilodon did not live in Central Europe 10,000 years ago. As well as crocodiles, dire wolves and European jaguars. There were also no tapirs. The battles are not realistic. A woolly rhinoceros could easily defeat both a bear and a Smilodon (they shouldn't be here at all).

If the game were realistic, it would probably be the bison IMO. Many would vote for the grizzly, and while they can occasionally kill small, subadult sick, or generally compromised bison, an adult bison can be twice the size of an adult grizzly. Granted, animals like mustelids and large felids can take down prey much larger and more powerful than their own selves, but they also have agility and stealth in addition to power, and although bears will use foliage as cover, they aren’t exactly designed for ambush hunting. Some people might argue the wolverine, but aside from some tall tales, the largest prey they are recorded killing is large deer such as reindeer, and even then usually when the deer are compromised in some form (usually by thick snow, which the wolverine is built for traversing in). Also, although there are more tall tales of mountain lions killing large bears, these are tall tales, there is no pictorial or video evidence of this. The largest bears they have been reliably recorded defeating are small black bears around their own size.
