Hearing that Ville dig last Deafheaven record just completes my life somehow in so many ways that it's hard to comprehend on so many levels... Wow.

Wow. I do love to hear Ville Valo speak. I’ve been a fan of HIM since maybe 2001/2, infinitely interesting. I have so many parallels with his way of looking at things/ experiences and not just with music. Definitely had the same experiences with horror and literature. I’m a Stephen King fan, which I think Ville isn’t. Still, it’s the same thing. still. Had the most privileged time of having a couple of beers with, Ville back in 2013. To my mind, he’s one of the greatest to ever do it. Every album with HIM and his solo stuff is phenomenal. My favourite is and always will be Razorblade Romance. Great interview. Never dull and always insightful when you let him talk. Brilliant.

Legends! Great to hear from them. I came from Scotland for the Copenhagen show, such a great city and genuinely one of the best gigs I've ever seen!

I must say I cannot agree that the Neon Noir is a beautiful album just because the previous HIM albums were shit albums, especially the last two are my favourite ones. They just echo different, but in a very good way 🖤🖤🖤

Very interesting and cool interview! I'm also glad that Lana Del Rey is his kind "cup of tea" compared to other female artists. Rock on, Ville 🖤🖤🖤

I've been trying to track down the font Ville used and glad he said it. I love his aesthetic. This type of detail is so fun to pour over.

Really enjoyed this! I quite liked the interviewer's relaxed vibe, felt more like a casual conversation rather than a typical interview. It was nice to hear Ville's thoughts on some modern artists too, as he often talks more about the older ones, for obvious reasons 😊

Thank god VV is a pro. 😅 She's kinda just rambling and asking the same stuff he's been asked in every other interview last year...

Aw, sorry I rambled :( I really did try to ask him about stuff that I really wanted to know about myself. :)

I also wanted to say I met Ville Valo for the 2nd time last year (in Chicago) before that i met him 2013 😊 sadly i didnt get to talk to him long or ask him my music related questions :( I hope one day soon i can. Also i really like the fact Ville likes Lana Del Rey's music. My name is Brittney

Long have I waited to hear Ville’s take on Lana Del Rey. I am not disappointed. I knew he’d love her noir & melancholy. These 2 would be the ultimate collab.

Esta gente tiene un carisma especial. Se les ve reservados, humildes y hasta un poco tímidos. Da gusto ver bandas con personalidad y qué decir de su talento. Muero de ganas por verlos por segunda vez el mes que viene en Madrid. Saludos.

Grateful 25 year Pennywise fan. I would love to tell Fletcher and Randy we definitely like All or Nothing. "Revolution", We have it all" and "Let us hear your voice" are as Epic as any of your writing throughout the years. Zoli's badass, but definitely not the same without Jim. Thanks for the records brothers we love ya 🙏🤘👍
