I have heard Joseph Prince trying to justify himself for preaching the health and wealth gospel as *'THE LIFE'* that Jesus preached in Mat 7:14. He stressed that the narrow way that leads to life in Mat 7:14 is actually the way to our current 'physical' life (not spiritual life), and therefore, the health and wealth that he preaches is the narrow way. Wow, can you imagine how fantastically good is this interpretation? No wonder, so many people love it. However, please think, If this health and wealth gospel that Joseph Prince preaches is the narrow way, why would so many people in the world including the righteous and unrighteous or the godly and ungodly people love to choose this way? Of course, if most of the people love it, it cannot be the narrow way that Jesus preached; instead, it could be the broad way that is a false gospel that lies to you and says that it will lead to life, and the one who preaches it and twists His words is obviously a false prophet !

He exclaimed that we are not of this world but in this world & certainly He will never talk of things concerning this world. Then in Matthew 7:15 Jesus say “ watch out for false prophets. They comes in sheep clothing but inwardly they are ferocious wolf”. It is because He knew many false prophets will twist many of His Words to suit their false doctrines, like JP. Heard JP preaches that as a child of God, we must seek and ask for the best...... if you are driving a Toyota car, asked God to give you a BMW. If you live in a 5 room flat, asked God for a bungalow. It's all about wealth and status.

He kept on emphasising “ They partook of the Lord’s Supper the day before..” as if to say that the partaking of Holy Com has made them strong and without sickness. Very clever way of reinforcing his false doctrines.

Today many people take the Holy Communion with the thinking that they have come out of 'Egypt' without realizing that they are still in 'Egypt'. Yes, they can quote all the words and commandments of the Lord to remember Him, and to 'come out of the world' and to follow Him. However, how many really obey Him and do His words. Taking the Holy Communion has the great significance of coming out of 'Egypt' and the world, and coming before God, with great determination to turn away from our sins and take up our cross. Obviously, the Holy Communion that the Lord wants us to take everyday is not just a simple confession to think of how much health and wealth we can enjoy everyday (or how much meat we could eat in the Passover Feast with the Lord in our imagination). The Holy Communion is like the Holy Assembly of God's people before Him to remember His Holy Covenant with us. Like the Israelites who read out the Ten Commandments to speak out their allegiance to God and obey His Commandments, we are required to do the same to voice out our obedience to His words in our confession, in reflective moment, and in meaningful examination of our life too. This moment could be more reflective and sacred than our normal quiet time with the Lord. That's why we are required to *EXAMINE* ourselves whether we come together in THIS MANNER: 1Co 11:26-32 KJV For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come. (27) Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. (28) But let a man *EXAMINE* himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. Once upon a time, there was a chosen people. However, these people did not want God to lead or rule over them. They wanted a king to rule over them instead because they thought that God is full of law and commandments; whilst a king would understand them better and know what they really desire. So, God told his prophet to choose someone who would do as what they pleased. The prophet finally chose a boy. He was talk, dark, and handsome. From then on, he ruled the people like never before. The people started to prosper and build many great sanctuaries everywhere (including US and Australia). They would even have parties in great conferences. However, some of his mighty men got so 'drunk' that they went to the wrong hotel room or wrong woman (like Brian Houston and Carl Lentz) .. I think by now you should know that the chosen people is not the Israelites; but NCC, and the king is not king Saul or Absalom; but a prince who can really influence and raise up many mighty men and rich pastors (like Brian Houston, Carl Lentz, Creflo Dollar, and many more). Many people were convinced that he is a true anointed prince and he is destined to reign. Will he succeed?

We have read how king Saul and the Israelites fell when their hearts were not right before God. The Israelites preferred a king who could lead them. They loved king Saul; whilst the king loved them too. Hence, their worship before God was a two-fold loving relationship between the people and the king when they loved the king and the king loved them too. Hence, when king Saul was rebuked by Samuel for his rebellion, he still wanted to argue that his 'loving act of taking' the spoils was for the people; not for himself or by himself. Today many people think that the law and commandment of God is burdensome. They still think that it will 'block' their minds and hearts from the worship of God. Like the Israelites who preferred a king to rule over them than the law and commandment of God to guide them, many people prefer a 'prince' to rule over them. Please think, When the Israelites or the chosen people of God rejected the law, commandment, and word of God, do you think they can still worship God? No, if their hearts and minds are blocked from the law of God, they have no worship: Heb 8:9-10 KJV .. The sad thing the followers still refuse to search God's Words for themselves. Prefer to live under a cloud of delusions that they will all be rich and healthy on earth. Worst delusion is to think they are destined to be in heaven

Joseph Prince really knows his audience well. He has done his 'market survey' and known what type of mythology (which is his own theology, gospel, and preaching) that can attract or target on the most people to build his 'business' (or kingdom where he is the 'Prince'). That's why if you have never read the Bible, you would think that his preaching is super-anointed when he brings out the 'Bible mysteries' in the numbers (eg. 5, 10, or 100), names (eg. Joseph, Benjamin, Rachel & Leah), stars (eg. the Horoscopes), time (eg. the Greek Kairos and Hebrew Hazed), eating (eg. the Holy Communion), prosperity (eg. the wealth of Abraham, Solomon, Joseph, & Benjamin), and etc. These are just some of the 'mythology' or superstitious beliefs from the scripture which are not supported by the teaching of the Lord and the Apostles under the new covenant . For example, if your axe head fell into the water, you won't pray or ask Jesus or a prophet like Elisha to bring it to you (2 Kings 6:5). Why? Obviously, the Lord would not want us to live in that 'era' where everything is solved 'supernaturally' or 'superstitiously'. He wants us to live with an overcoming attitude even if we have lost everything or lost our physical possession of something important (even our health, wealth, youth, beauty, or life). We should now learn from Paul who knew how to be content with the abundance and lacks: Php 4:11-13 KJV Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. (12) I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. (13) I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. So, the real contentment in Christ is that we have no more need to hear the superstitious revelation, wisdom, or mysteries of Joseph Prince which arouse our curiosity as well as yearning for the possession of things. Actually, if you do a quick survey with his believers, you will know that most of them are die-hard fans who were formerly staunch believers of something very superstitious (eg. Chinese 'Fengshui' or witchcraft), and might have never read the Bible. So, when they first heard about the 'gospel' of another very interesting 'Fengshui' which can prosper them 5 times more than their old 'Fengshui', they immediately switch to the 'gospel'; however, they have not really switched their religion (of believing in the 'god' in themselves); they have only switched their belief of 'Fengshui' to a 'biblical Fengshui' which will promise 5 times more than their old 'Fengshui'. Instead of believing the number '8' as their auspicious number, they will now believe in '5' or 'grace' as the magic number in Christ. Instead of spitting on the floor and say the 'Fengshui' words to expect 'Huat' for them, they will now confess radically everyday that they are the righteousness of God for prosperity. So, if you ask them the question, "Do you know what you have really believed in?", they will think that you are condemning them, questioning their 'faith', or judging them with the law. Looking at so many of them who will keep resisting the truth when we try to explain it from the Bible, we can only think that most of the 'converts' by Joseph Prince do not read the Bible. They may hear and hear from Joseph Prince who preaches from the Bible, but they simply cannot understand the truth when their minds have already been 'stolen' by Joseph Prince immediately just before he starts to preach. That's why Joseph Prince has no fear of keep quoting Bible verses to them, knowing that, without repentance, they will never understand what is preached, even if he were to show them all the Bible verses: Mat 13:18-19 KJV Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. (19) When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.

Ask yourself if you are following Christ or following a man (JP). If you don't consider yourself a Christian, by all means go follow JP all the way. However, if you consider yourself a Christian, better know and study the Bible for yourself. So no man can deceive you or lead you astray. The Bible already warns about many false teachers and prophets in the last days. Those who study the Bible themselves know that JP is not teaching according to the Bible. I was once like you thinking that JP is awesome, Was impressed by his Greek and Hebrew Interpretation until I came to this Rev Ong channel where the Hebrew expert by the Name of Asher Chee show me how misled I was. Later to my horror I discover that He tell you half truth where JP will show you one part and cover the other part to suit his teaching. The best thing in life dun believed anybody only be only believe in the Bible which is the word of God and God himself.

A false teacher has no scruples against doing anything that tricks people into believing him.

His teaching on Benjamin Generation is actually about rebellion. Go research about the tribe of Benjamin. Upon his death, the patriarch Jacob blesses his youngest son: "Benjamin is a ravenous wolf; In the morning he consumes the foe, And in the evening he divides the spoil" (Genesis 49:27).
