This set adds alot more fun to Jim. Alot of effort has gone into this line from Premium DNA! - keeping my orders open, to compare the quality of these with the "factory fixed" ones. If that's the case, anyway. 🤣

Definately get one. The details don't transfer as well trough video, but in-hand, the small details are so nice. Alot of attention to detail with this one.

I should have watched this video first ref the QC issues, i commented on the Head Box Video. I think that should receive a perfect figure if you pay premium prices?

@@miklawson211 There's a few paint issues, but nothing to bad. I've had alot worse with other companies, like Super7. And Super7 are £60+!

Seeing this Vid come up it reminded me to buy the head pack. I was watching one Video where the presenter claimed that these were a rejected batch because of QC issues. I ordered the Jim figure { £17.76} and it was near perfect with one stiff joint on the left arm bicep {warm water freed that joint} and one small spot of paint where the holster touches the leg. If that is the extent of the QC issues then i can live with it for the price. I paid £11.11 for the head pack, the total was £13.33. For the money and the fact that you can make an unsuited Jim it is well worth it. I'll have to look at the rest of the line to see if there are any other figures i'd like?

@@anthonyedwards2615 Yes I've ordered Bob, too. Had to message the seller yesterday, as they He was supposed to be sent out with these two. Apparently Bob will be shipped out within another 2 days. They didn't give any other explination though.

Ages ago I had the older Earthworm Jim figure. One of my friends was playing with it, threw him around & it broke! Never got a new one. Decades later, definitely owning this Earthworm Jim deluxe figure. Nobody will be throwing him around this time🙂🪱

@@thesilentknight4554 I never had the original toyline. But I did have one of the Jim heads, just without the body 😂.. So I always wanted a good Earthworm Jim collection. This Premium DNA Jim is the ultimate Earthworm Jim. Loving these figures. I just hope P-DNA continue with it, and we get more figures!

I believe there's a rumor that these are rejects or defects but thats not the case. PDNA has not done proper distribution, settling warehouse fees so theyve been distributed in china via ali.

I can't find any defects on mine. Just some minor paint QC. Nothing major that would require the entire wave to be returned as rejects. Other than abit of paint rub, i'd say these are close to perfect. No different to the odd paint QC than can happen with most figures.

I have minor paint qc on Jim. Some on the collar, and some on one of the arms.. Thats it. And one of the weapon holding hands has a loose peg. Nothing else. - Psycrow, has a small bit of paint flake on his face. That's all. No other issues. Both figures feel solid, with weight to them, and nice joints. - Still waiting for delivery of Bob the Goldfish & No.#4., but I ordered them after I took delivery of Jim and Psycrow. Just wanted to make sure they weren't horrendous knockoff's.

I'm considering closing the pre-orders I have for these with another website. The only one I haven't got from Ali Express is Prof. Monkey for a Head. - Honestly, I can't see them being any better, if they do get round to shipping more orders to suppliers.

Can I ask which AliExpress store did you buy from? I bought from the WMK store since they sell them for good price, but they have terrible packaging (just black plastic bag and bubble wrap) which my Jim figures ended up getting damaged from shipping.

@@CulsCave Just the box, the figures are fine. I'm a box collector (I do take the figures out to play) and the box packaging look really nice so it sucks that my Jim and the Psy-Crow figures all got their box smashed.

Loving these figures, feels like a lot of love and research went into them. I’m not buying the excuse premium dna put out, I think that was some kind of damage control attempt or excuse to dismiss some incompetence. Or hell, given the history them not paying feels like the more believable excuse. Like the joints are tight, parts swap and pop out easily, we get a paint oops or imperfection with just about any brand, these things are sealed, the text isn’t broken English or a goofy “what were they trying to say..” translation, all accessories are accounted for and they haven’t spontaneously exploded into a ball of fire. I think we’re good. Until something goes wrong with these or somehow the pre-ordered versions come out looking leagues better, I’m just happy to own figures from a game I loved as a kid in this capacity.

@@Jas-1119 I could'nt be happier with these. It's hard to believe how good the quality is, for how cheap they are on Ali Express. - I don't know how they'd improve these. And the minor paint bleed here or there doesn't seem like a plausable reason for the entire wave to be "not good enough." - There's no issues with the joints or accessories, either. Or the packaging, as you've pointed out. Overall, these are just brilliant. I don't know how they haven't sold out yet. - Time will tell is Premium DNA follow up with an official dispatch of these, through their channels. Or weather this is the only place to get them. Will be interesting to see what happens with this line from here. - I've got Bob & No. #4 coming in the next few days, too. The only one I haven't found yet for cheap is Professor Monkey for a head. - Thanks for checking out my video ❤️

I agree that they should’ve released them in the classic outfits. They did that with the SF line with just rereleasing Ryu & Chun Li & the classic look with Guile. Hope we get classic Jin & Kazuya & also King. Great review dude

Isn’t Jin supposed to be taller than Ken/Ryu? They’re about 5’9 & he’s 5’11-6ft. Obviously different lines but they did share a game & Akuma was in Tekken 7 so it would’ve been cool if Jin was a bit taller. Also god damn Guile’s hands are huge just like SHF Vega’s

That articulation or lack there of in his arms is exactly why they should’ve gone with his classic look instead. Was excited to pose this guy with the SHF Ryu but the limitation on the arm kinda sucks smh. Kazuya will probably be worse since he’s wearing a long coat

I agree. Hopefully we get another release with his classic look, without the jacket. Posing is really limited with the jacket. - Kazuya will be the same. The full suit will have its limitations!

from what premium DNA said, there was a shipment earlier this year from their factory in china that didn't meet their standards and were all sent back. I think these ali express earthworm jim figures are those rejected figures.

it should be noted these are the same people that stole customers pre-order money in a previous company. so i don't trust the company spokesman based on that history. the rumor of them not paying warehousing fees and losing a shipment is just as likely.

@@troymikjaniec2143 they are not the same people. the people from megaopolis (or however it's spelled) that were screwing people over were the CEOs, premium DNA was formed by the guys who designed stuff for the company. and again, DNA has already explained the situation.

@@aliteralchad7128 not all the figures would've had QC issues or even noticeable ones. the really bad ones were probably discarded and the good ones were resold. I've also seen a review of one of the jims that had a bunch of paint issues and the snot accessory had a really nasty molding issue. if they weren't paying the factory then they wouldn't be getting a new shipment this month.
