That was awesome man. Did it in my lunch break at work in Melbourne, Australia. Get down under brother. I’m a former JRD pro but got a dad bod after Covid. On the way back. ❤

I'd love to see what i eat/do in a day videos. even if your diet is simple like you say, I think it's still worth it. I think it would be a good example of what someone can do with healthy eating

I’m so uncoordinated that 50% of the time I jump at the WRONG TIME! I used a jump rope all the time when I was a kid that I was a long time ago! What do you recommend??

Love your vids. Were you doing weight training during that time? Or just straight up cardio?

While women should be the shape they themselves desire, it is equally as important for women (ESPECIALLY AS THEY AGE) to be lean. No visceral fat. ) not skinny, but lean and lift a couple times a week for longevity.

What should be the ideal body fat range for a guy to look aesthetic and perform athletic?
@JumpRopeDudes
@JumpRopeDudes Күн бұрын
To perform like an athlete and look shredded, 10-12% is good. It depends on how you feel, too. You want something that feels good and sustainable

That’s the way I am too. I don’t like women that are too athletic. Six pack is going too far. Picky picky. And here I sit ….alone as hell.

Great video bro , appreciate the information and I found this helpful. I’ve lost 40 pounds since last September but recently for like 3 months I’ve been stuck at the 215-220 range and it sucks lol , my body is changing because I do hit the gym 4-5 days a week , but my diet needs some tweaking because to get to this point I really just needed to stop eating out , and drinking after work along with hitting the gym .. but now body is getting used to and needed to revised diet wise … thanks again for all that you’re doing 💪🏻🔥💪🏻

Great video; I lost 55lbs and was really pleased with myself. Weighed myself this morning and I am 5lb heavier........how the h*ll did that happen !!! Easy answer I was complacent with eating.....just one more biscuit, just one more slice of pizza etc..........its easy to slide. Back to working hard and watching what I eat.

..having visible abs is nice,but maintaining it is difficult..even in a day,our body changes one minute you have it then minute later its gone..😂..dont fall for six pack myths..just strengthen your core..ie skipping rope,roll outs,planks and lifts..

From my experience (Jump Rope Counting Camera app was used for counting): Cheap ATEMI rope (10$) with ball bearings broke after 40k jumps Even cheaper one (5$) without bearings lasted 15k jumps

Thank you. Btw, in another video you mentioned your love for beer. Do you still drink a lot of beer? I don’t drink excessively, but have one or two with dinner…totally realize this could be an impediment. Especially since I like craft beer. Would love to hear about your relationship with it now.
