Respected sir In 2022-23 and 2023-24 my parents income from other sources was less than 8 lacs but this year due to gpf money in bank the income from interests has made income from other sources more than 8 lacs . Then whether I am eligible for non creamy layer benefit. As they retired from govt service so salary is not issue but income from other sources has gone above 8 lacs only this year . Last 2 yrs it was below 8 lacs.. Whether I am eligible for ncl benefits Kindly help me I am depressed
