I received my Jabra Enhance Select 500 hearing aids two days ago. I made sure to charge the hearing aids and the charging case before I inserted them. I followed the instructions to download the iPhone app and paired my 500s. This is my first experience with hearing aids and I am pleasantly surprised how easy these steps were to complete. I inserted the 500s and found that the receiver wire did not conform to my ear as expected (the receiver wire was more exposed than I thought it should be). I wore the 500s this way for a day and really enjoyed being able to hear my wife talk at a normal volume without having her repeat everything. I even went to my grandson's birthday party with 18 5 year olds. Needless to say it was a very noisy environment but for the first time in many years I was able to hold normal conversations with other adults at the venue. This morning I decided to take the plunge and replace the medium cone with a small cone to see if that made the 500s fit better. This did the trick and I am very happy with how easy this procedure was completed. While I had the cone off I decided to see how easy it is to replace the wax filter. Again the process was effortless. I paid to the Premium Package and have my orientation in a couple of days but I am already convinced that I made the right decision to purchase the Select 500.

I just got mine today and love how quiet they are yet clear compared to my oticon op1's, the app is way better and being able to connect the hearing aids directly to my mac book without an extra piece of equipment is a big plus in savings and convenience. I purchased the 500's

And all this time I thought it was because I was listening to young people.

i tried my aids today for the first time. unfortunately i cannot turn them up high enough to hear well. i have to turn everything else up. when i do i hear very well. it is much clearer than the beltone i have been using. i am sure once i have my orientation next week and they make adjustments to my aids which they said they will i will be very happy with them. no squawking, no rustling, no whistles. they are very comfortable and light.

I changed my dome on my right and now I can't hear from that. I'm a new user, and I love these but often very frustrated in understanding what to do. Yes, I read that very long book.

How much do they cost

I received my hearing aids yesterday,got them all set up with phone.The inside of my ear itches,i am sure i will get use to that...But i can hear great,love them..

This is so hard to see - not one close up shot, and it moves very quickly from one step to another,. In the end, not helpful.

I have the aids from when they were Lively. No one showed me how to do this and my right aid isn't as amplified as it has been. Will do this when I get home tonight. The instruction book on this is very confusing. I reached out to them and they emailed me this video. Looks really easy.

I am unable to replace as explained in vedio. In my case this point is on lowerside of hearing aid..

Received Enhance Sele ct 300 yesterday, 23 3/4 hrs after ordering! I'm in CA. Put em in early this morning, set up the app & listened to audiobook on my walk. I love em! 1:21

i received my hearing aids yesterday and wore them this morning for about 3 hours. So far I am pleased and appreciate the quality and good advice. I will keep you posted as I am certain to have many questions.

Mixed results. They seem to work for short periods than they appear to lose the setting set on the phone. Need to keep the volume very high with very poor results watching TV. Overall would not recommend them as effective hearing aids.

"We're available 24 hours a day". Nope. Jabra has missed the first two orientation-by-phone appointments. When I called, I got voicemail and requested a call back. Nothing. Now they want me to wait two weeks for my orientation, but I have the hearing aids, and I need to hear NOW...especially for $2000.

We just got my wife’s.. they sound like a bad toy.. static whine and the wire is not long enough to seat

Received my model 100 and within 2 hours I’m a happy user!

Just got mine and they seem to work well as long as I keep the volume at 80 percent or more, which doesn’t seem right. I have several questions and am very annoyed that I can’t get an orientation appointment any sooner than two weeks from now. That doesn’t seem right after spending 2K. I will say that the quality of the hearing aids and charging case is excellent.

Mine have worked great. Hearing much improved. Just ask my wife and grand daughters.

A week in, I’m not,too impressed with my Jabra’s. While yes, they have improved my hearing, the other features have been unimpressive. The Bluetooth capabilities are limited as everything sounds tinny, and difficult to hear if there is any other background noises in the room. The app is cumbersome and not very intuitive, or user friendly. While a service person will call back, in my 3 attempts to talk to someone for assistance I had to wait on hold, or wait for a callback for up to 30 minutes. Their email communication is good though. They got back to me quickly. As Costco sells the same thing under a different name, for the same price in my city, I am returning these, and getting them there. One can get in person assistance there, as opposed to a Zoom call.

I love mine! I carefully read through all of the cards and instruction books. There are a lot of excellent tips and suggestions. You can call the team of experts who seem genuinely happy to help their customer, in case of any problems.

Just got mine yesterday. So far they are underwhelming.
