Bad breath and Acid Reflux almost destroyed my life, I was so depressed to a point that i don't want to live anymore. After countless of trials I was able to get total rid of it bye Dr Emovon on KZfaq channel.😊😊

Are we supposed to go to the tempo you go by when doing the breathing? It feels too fast for me. Unless that’s what I’m supposed to be doing. Or is it supposed to be normal breathing for all three?

This man has zero credentials aside from a sketchy diploma in “breathing technique” from a Russian “college”. Please don’t equate clickbate self help with actual therapeutic or psychiatric treatment

as a girl who switched to nasal breathing at age of 14 I was so upset that my parents never taught me to nasal breathe in my whole life knowing that at there generation there parents use to say “shut ur mouth” unlike me I didn’t even know that I was one until a video of mewing pops out in my fyp I was like alright let’s try this I thought I was a casual nasal breather until I tried to breathe through my nose n I couldn’t at that video I sought how bad mouth breathing is to face I started crying n I forced my self since then to keep my lips sealed I was so depressed for so long then I asked my mom if I used to keep my mouth open when I was young she was like yes when u we’re watching cartoons 😭😭I’m mewing n breathing through my nose n focus at my lips 24/7 hopefully I’ll see improvement

My anxiety is at a more manageable level now, but my body and mind have still been tense without true freedom. This exercise is giving me such calmness and energy. Is this something I can do often everyday or is there some safety warnings?

Thank you so much for your work and putting these videos out on youtube. I've asked this questions of you., james nestor and John doulliard in the comment sections but so far I have not received an answer ... I am wondering about deviated septums... A lot of people have them... Are there any guidelines, considerations and/or modifications with regards to this situation with buteyko breathing, mouth taping et.Cetera? Thank you so much, in advance, for addressing this question.

I had covid twice and the second time I had air hunget issues witj the feeling that i could not draw a full satisfying breath. I do deep breathing exercises with holding breath for 10 seconds between the full breaths. In addition I use a Qtip cotton swab to coat the inside of both nostrils with peppermint essential oil and then drawing a full breath and holding for 10 seconds. I do this first in the morning and before bed at night. NOT a cure but sure helps with the air hunger feeling
