I strongly suggest you try Twelve Oaks Custom Lures flatside ploppers. Hands down the best whopper ploppers I’ve ever tried. The best part is you don’t get line twists with them!

Hardest fighting fish, they get big about 20 miles upstream from Bainbridge I’ve caught several in the 3-5 lb range

@@docholliday4546 Shoal bass are a species of bass that only live in rivers down here in Georgia and small parts of Alabama and Florida. They’re super fun to catch and fight really hard! You can check out the rest of my channel to see a lot more shoal bass fishing!

@@docholliday4546 yeah, similar to Guadalupe in the sense that they can only be found in a relatively small native range, but they do get a lot bigger than Guadalupe. The world record is a little under 9 pounds.

Bruh I went out fishing the other morning at 430am Threw shrimp on my big pole and was using my other pole with a Texas rig and a floating jig head with a leech My big pole got blasted but just once Told my self wait 5 min to see if another hit happens if not reel on check bait 10-15 min went by and I was like oh shit check that pole Started to crank on the reel and start to feel a fight back Got it in and it was a 20” 6.2 pound smally It looked like a dang carp I got pics and videos of it Just blew my mind how fat it was Nice catch tho I love them smallies

Aaron, my parents lived not too far from there (on Montevallo Road) when I was hatched. Son, I am now 76 years of age, have inoperable Cancer of the liver. Your video brought back many memories and warmed this old guy's heart. I thank you for this incredible video. I hope you make many more, wherever you travel. Take heed to what Seanpattun said about fishing the "fork" for Trout. He is aboutly correct. Add the natural beauty to it and you should have an incredible time. I use a white Zoom trick 🐛 75 percent of the time in a small creek to catch big spots, it definitely works.....
