Habs please, reinbacher and hutson on one pair and dickinson guhle(he played right side this year) would be an amazing top 4. We can always trade mailloux/xhekaj etc… plus the Winnipeg pick to get a forward. At 5, i will always go with the best player available

All true, generational talent. That said, championship caliber teams pretty much neutralized him in the Beanpot, HE and NCAA Championships. The same will be true in NHL. He would be wise to benefit from another year at BU.

@@redboi_ Bedards not a generational talent. Nathan mackinnon and conner mcdavid are a generational talent. Crosby was but dirty caps hit took him out 200 games.

@@zenzyfx1778 Blackhawks wasn't a bad team. The goalies are crap. Bedard is overrated sure it might change but generational player no.. His ceiling would be poor man's version of Alex Ovechkin. Bedard will get you goals. You might be impressed so far I'm not.

Anybody see some Adam fox in him? Fox wasn’t the flashiest but he’s off the charts smart and that’s what I see in ZB. Fox was also drafted in the 3rd round I believe.

He’s similar to Zayne Parekh of Saginaw in the OHL. Both are good skaters, neither are really fast but both have great edges and are quick. Both above average IQ. Both are average defensively. Parekh put up sick numbers against 16-20 year olds, Buium put up good numbers against 18-23 year olds. Because they don’t go head to head kind of difficult to compare.
