8:00 & 11:15 Both discs have music as used in the story. Disc 1 is all the original Carey Blyton recordings, Disc 2 has the cues created or edited by Peter Howell for Parts Two and Three where the original recordings were deemed either inappropriate or lacking. The "cybernetic detail" is the way to identify the tracks that actually appear in the story as broadcast.

Thanks for the review, I was on the fence about getting the audiobook version. Now I feel more solid in my decision, although, I think the audiobook will be coming to Spotify. So maybe I will just wait. (although, I kinda miss physical media)

thank you :) i believe the audiobook is also available as a physical CD, usually, they come in a dual case i believe? The book version is also very pretty - can't beat a physical book!

I did love this episode,it may not have been good Doctor Who, but it was a cracking Young Adult Horror episode, like a Goosebumps episode

Especially alongside some of the other more "standard" style doctor who stories like space babies etc i think it maybe stood out even more as being different? Always nice to break the mold!

❤❤ Great Hall of really great books brought back lots of memories I have the most of those books including most of the Tom Baker's there was a used bookstore where I live in it doesn't exist anymore but they have lots and lots of Doctor Who stuff my version of the brain of morbius is autographed by Terrence Dix I got the opportunity to meet him it was really cool

I listened to the audio book for Ruby Red and I was impressed by Millie Gibson's range in doing impressions of all the aliens and different characters in it, at some points I forgot it was even just one person reading it all and not a full cast.

14:31 ye sorry but the bomb arrangement is *less* accurate to what was seen on screen, as none of the props ever had the bombs mounted on top of the slats - they were only ever mounted on the mesh, so the OG sculpt is superior

I have actually got an idea of a short story which happens right after the battle of Canary Wharf with Ianto trying to get Lisa out of the building and have the forge securing the torchwood building so no members of the public or unit get in

As we all know it's possible to buy certain fourth Doctor releases from a box set individually eg Blood Of The Time lords.I wonder if it would be good financial business for BF do do this with other Doctors.I want to hear Dream Team but the first story that takes up a third of the box set I'm just not interested in.Thanks for review.

Love the Hurndall figure - His portrayal of the First Doctor was far superior to Bradley's IMO, so very happy to have him! The Dalek is great, and goes into my Top Five Daleks list (along with Imperials, Special Weapons, 1960's movie Daleks, and Death to the Daleks variants). Nice review, Red. :)

Why did I stop watching your Channel, Red? I can't remember (probably tied into the downturn and ultimate destruction of the show in some fashion...) Anyway, as good a review as I remember! Not having a B&M near me, I bought these two items separately on the Bay of E... And very cheaply too (yes, I was damned surprised also, I can tell you). I'd stopped collecting the figures but then this came along, and well, I'd seen the Play (also with Jon in the lead), and it's Colin after all...But it did feel a bit weird buying them loose, but now having seen your video, I realise they come that way! What a moronic idea reducing the packaging in that fashion (and don't believe for an instant that it is environmentally driven - in business things are only ever economically driven). Anyway, amazing and great to see you're still in the game. Take care, Red! :)

Are gonna review the eleventh Doctor chronicles soon? I was a bit hesitant but the strength of Carley performance/interpretation not being the original actor and buzz about them made me take the gamble. And boy did it pay off 👍

I can agree it's always nice to hear the Ninth Doctor have his tirades, but black and white does not equal darker, because lack of nuances makes it easy, it's much less bleak when it's so easy to point fingers. Hell, that's one of the big parts of what made the Time War so tragic, the Daleks are literal space nazis, yes, but even the Time Lords have their dark side, a dark side that was very much exposed during this great war.

I received mine in the mail, and i think my only issues are: 1. The sounds are really quiet, i instantly changed to brand new batteries, and theyre still quiet 2. I wish there was an led in the emitter, not only the tube, as its not as bright 3. The claws are pretty flimsy and sometimes only one or two open 4. There is a slight delay when pressing the button for sounds and lights to activate. The sounds and lights happen about a second after holding the button, and stop like a second after letting go 5. Changing the color settings is tricky, as sometimes it takes up to 10 seconds for me to get a red setting 6. My standard blue light is more like a normal flashlight color, pretty white with a very slight hint of blue, doesnt seem as blue as the sonic in the video Overall i still like it, just not sure its worth the £60 i paid from an eBay reseller :P I may have to go for the replica instead and see how it compares

This cemented David Warner as one of my favorite doctors. I loved his entire run from sympathy of the devil to this but I absolutely adored this boxset

@@thehostproductions I like to think that, I’ve spent an enormous amount of money on big finish and this is an instant top 5 stories of all time. The cybermen are so often poorly utilized on the tv show but I can always count on big finish to give me the doctor who I crave

Im waiting for mine to come tonight! I was instantly chuffed when I heard about this release. I had to snap it up and judging by your comments mate it looks like Im gonna be going WOW over and over! I can only hope they also do one of these type of books for my other favourite Doctor Who artist too, that being Alister Pearson.
