At work rn. Going to go for a walk before i finish the vid cause my anxiety is spiking and walking helps. Your voice is quite soothing! I need to go walk so i dont get put to sleep on the job lol

Hey nice video! I think this video would be more popular if you talked about why we should go on a walk WHILE you’re taking a walk instead of playing Minecraft and talking about it. It’s kind of like watching a video on dating advice made by someone who’s never been in a relationship before.

Haha thanks, I get that and it would be a nice idea maybe for the future to make irl videos. Currently I’m not fully comfortable showing my face online or posting videos where I’m in my local area. Still I could’ve taken photos I took on my walks and overlayed them at certain points so it definitely could be improved. Seriously though, thank you for the feedback and I hope you enjoyed the video regardless :)

My fear is affecting my whole teenage life. Yet I'm still trying to fix it, by changing my negative thoughts to positive thoughts, but hey it works a little. I've learned throughout my journey is that fear makes life boring and f-ed up, explore things that you want, try things you want, fear is only temporary success is permanent.
