Another great show Dave, those snake guards are a good deal, especially when Brown Snakes can blend in the dry grass. 'The Comic Chef' Neil, brushed his Nox up against one, but luckily he was only sun baking so he wasn't really aggressive. But crikey they can move quick!

Great segment there Andrew. I've found a few Cartwheels over the years,but all in poor condition. Never found a two pence yet - perhaps one day. Cheers.👍

Ohh 1 of my favourite coins to find. They ring up awesome. Found around 10 of the cartwheels but never any of the 2 pence yet . I actually have 1 though. Part of a collection I purchased a few years ago. It’s in amazing condition. Not really sure of its value? Take care Andrew.

Would love to see us viewers send in images of their finds, especially if they have unusual "punchmarks" on old British silver coins, and any they haven't been able to identify. Thanks for the dedication to the hobby, Mister Coffee Bush Kid, The Minelab Show, and Miner's Den Australia. Thank youse!

Reform in the era of Queen Victoria butted up against an authoritarian bureaucracy, the brutality was by then unacceptable to a coalescing sense of modern democratic rule, civil rights for all. Excellent series, Jamie, thanks again.

A Kynoch cartridge among the Cape daisies, and plain livery button, looks like off our trenchcoat, whether they'd have made plain janes that had a particular reason for this plainness is mere conjecture on our part, although the top of the shoulder on a tall bloke like us, 199cm, you wouldn't see any details had they been included, or covered by the beret the buttoned shoulder flaps were intended for. Anyhoo, have a great week, Mr CBK!

How do you set a large sensitivity. My sister and I metal detector playgrounds all the time, really no place else to go. We never can go by the play equipment because of the size of our coil. Thank you for this video, I can’t remember the name of my detector. It tells you if your ringing up a quarter or dime etc an approimate depth. Maybe I can change the sensitivity by what I am searching for. Have no clue. Thanks Debbie, Ann Arbor, MIwhere are you from that they have $2 coins?

"A mono is more sensitive" I hear that sentence all the time..... It is more sensitive ON SMALL FLY SHIT ....YES. But you find more gold with a DD and cover more ground..... Try to cover a A4 sheet of paper with a pen doing doodles and try to do it with a stick of charcoal flat on the paper....and you will see exactly what I mean.... The mono goes a little bit deeper than the DD....ok.....but with a DD coil you can crank the gain up higher....wich gives you the same depth at the end.....

Thank you for the video. But I'm also wondering how do you save this custom program. I am used to the CTX where you can save programs and I thought you could probably do that on the manticore as well but can't figure out how to do it. Any advice is appreciated!

The idea is to set up these custom settings in one of the search modes- once setup this way, the settings will remain this way until you either change them or do a factory reset. for eg if you want to setup a $1 and $2 hunting program you could chose to alter the all terrain /trash reject search mode. This still leaves you 4 other all terrain modes to use in other situations.

No matter what brand or how much you pay for a gold detector they are all really good junk finders. If they were called junk detectors no one would buy them.

I am a new hunter, So help me understand why I would upgrade my coil. I live on an island and many good things are fairly deep. I just bought the minlab x-terra pro and learning before I actually get it in the mail lol.

in a nut-shell, larger coils will punch a bit deeper and give more ground coverage with each sweep, where as smaller coils don't quite punch as deep, but will see smaller targets and are better in areas of high rubbish density (so easier to pick out good targets among lots of trash) and will let you get into tight areas like in between rocks or bushes. The standard coil that comes with the machine is considered the best all-rounder that will be great in most situations though

Who is better Minelab manticore or Klayzer max 2D
@MinersDenAustralia
@MinersDenAustralia 9 күн бұрын
given the description of the Klayzer Max says it can reach a depth of 3m, i would be wary- not even the top of the range PI / ZVT gold prospecting machines can reach this depth, let alone a VLF machine at the price point. I would definitely say buyer beware on it.

Thanks for this series, Jamie and The Minelab Show. The importance of the Eureka Stockade event is in the consequences for democracy, worldwide, as you'd explained in short, here. It seems there is a great lack of appreciation for this history, particularly in the current education systems, and has been that way for some time, such that the understanding of the values of community and democracy are also running thin, through neglect of these important lessons from history, and also the misappropriation of the Eureka flag, whose values include everyone, not just the touchy few with their limited version for what the flag fully represents.

Looking forward to this, CBK! It would be an encouragement for viewers to send in pictures of their finds, especially if they can't identify them, that other viewers might have knowledge about them, such as jetons, trade dollars, tokens, and even the extremely rare punchmarked English silver with Chinese characters, or also a myriad of other international marks of other assayers. On the latter, I've compiled images from a variety of Australian KZfaqrs of over a decade of these, George III with a Chinese character stamped into his neck, as one of only a half-dozen I've seen, hoping there'd be viewers with examples in their collections, and likewise with other types of items, to better understand and appreciate the diverse communities of the goldfields that formed our modern Victoria and Australia. Bonza!
