I didn't and payed for it with my first (hopefully last) Kidney Stone. Very painful. Have been very sensitive to Oxalates since. Forced to eat a Carnivore Diet.

If you eat 4 to 6 meals a day you will keep your sugar levels high all the time. That is what's not healthy. If you want to lose weight, stop eating sugar, carbs, grains and eat more protein. You stay fuller longer and you are not hungry in an hour. I lost 40 pounds slowly doing this and I eat two meals a day.

Wine is proven to have some benefits seeing that it’s more or so berries but don’t consume it constantly or in heavy abundance also watch sugar content and the type of sweeteners added

Wine still has alcohol, which is a poison that isn't supposed to be ingested by the human body. Instead of that, try drinking natural grape or cranberry juice. As long as the juice doesn't contain artificial sweeteners, added sugar, and is not made from concentrate, it's safe.
