why not just water pressure jet. The biggest problem with ice blasting it doesnt leave a profile on the metal surface which is required for protective coatings

Very nice. I see that you're blasting with Dry Ice (Co2) and Water Ice (H20.) At first I thought it was all Dry Ice Blasting. Is it the same machine?

Just seems like to me, using traditional ice, you would inevitably have problems with moisture and rust...

One problem with the ice blasting is that you'll have water puddles with big tasks. Aside from that, I'm sure the ice machine would still be expensive.

Our machine uses dry ice, so that eliminates excess water, but very costly...

Seems way to underpowered. Very slow at removing material and is wasting the customer's money and the mobile media blasters time at that pace. I was considering a purchase at one point for my business, but there are too many videos of slow results with this system. Love the concept though and it may have a future if it's reconfigured for faster production and removal results.
