Interesting list. Really looking forward to brewing with this hero. Feel like Redwood Hammer is a trap since the current earth cards we have to run are not so great, it turns into a choice of running high cost 3 block blues or cheaper earth cards that reduce your staying ability. No go again makes we want to lean more towards 6 and 7 power cards. This could be the first guardian I put yellows in because of his might token generation. Rosetta should open up some new options for us, hoping for some stronger, mid-cost block 3 earth cards!

Thank you for the Benji love! Interesting take on the tiger list with making it a very good blocking deck. I definitely go with the 2x4 lists that's much more aggro but I'll always love seeing the many ways that Benji can be set up!

Been playing around with a similar list. What’re your thoughts on tiger swipe over breed anger in this list? I’ve found in my talishar games it serves the purpose of having a breakpoint they might consider interacting with and blocks for 3, and if ever it does hit even with just +1 tiger it’s another threatened card off of spring tidings

Have you thought about running Aspect of Tiger: Soul in this list instead of mind or did you want 2 more blues? It synergizes with Wander with Purpose quite nicely and has 1 more damage, could also be played after Spring Tidings and also blocks for 3, just not sure if synergy with Wander makes it worth running instead of blue one.

I love the assassin class. I've been playing nuu for the last month but tonight at my LGS I played ASC. First time ever using him. My deck list was similar but without the ccs . First round was emperor almost had him. I had the tempo until he found the hand he needed and got me. If he didn't have that hand I would of got him. Bye second round then kayo last round. Had him down to 7 then he pulled out a massive 16 damage turn that killed me. Art of desire body blue with razors edge then Codex of frailty into leave no witnesses is epic! I played the spreading plague on to a surgical extraction got 3 bloodrot pox Tokens on defending hero. I love that card!

it kinda saddens me this arakni isn't available as a adult... it would give a whole new way to play assassin as a more proactive deck rather than the same-y "dagger attack and one attack with reaction backup" that arakni, uzuri and nuu play like... (that coming from a nuu player in cc :P)

Being able to sit down and have 10+ block with armor in blitz is a big deal, and there's a decent amount of card draw in the meta. I think there has to be some way to crack Valda!

For some reason when I re-uploaded all of the heroes into tier list maker it did not add Kayo or Levia. I would put Kayo in the second tier, and then Levia the third. Kayo has insane fridge and good value. Levias consistency just can hurt her a little.

Both Kayo's and Levia seem to be missing. Still feels like a decent overview of the meta.

a defensive build was my first thought of where this "could" see play as well. It only upside is that its a wounding blow with combo (compared to like soulbead), in every other situation id rather have yellow whelming

Could you do an updated tiger Katsu list with the addition of the MST cards?

Stoked for the blitz tier list! Aside from the obvious sins with Zen, there are so many heroes that are pretty viable to jam. Maybe not top tier but the spiky nature of blitz means you can still win with them pretty consistently. Shiyana is getting straight gas from Rosetta so far.

I see gustwave as something u use if your hand doesn't line up. Let's say u have a surging, a gustwave of 2nd wind, a finisher and a 0 cost red. U can pop HCS and get 15+. It can also be used as the finisher with bonds. Not sure if that justifies it being Majestic, but it feels sweet. It feels like more flexible Fluster Fist. EBTT with that card feels sweet too. No need for the combo effect. Free 0 for 4 go again 😄

the card isn't bad "in a vacuum", my problem with it is being a majestic card in a "lower print" slot of the set when this could easily be a 3-color rare card in any other set that has ninja as one of the main classes... it's a huge feelsbad overall to see katsu being deleted out of the game because of zen's sins and gain this as some kind of "sorry" gift from lss

Second wind is just like it's name sake. A big old Fart! This is such a slap in the face. This card is rare at best.

If it counted as a whelming gustwave in the combat chain, it would make the difference.

Imagine being disappointed by a 0-cost 4 attack 3 block with GA that also works with Katsu's power.

With it being named of the Second Wind, you think it would come after another Gustwave card

My two cents. The new Katsu card is an easy swap for fluster fist, that increases the consistency of the deck

This card is so ridiculously underpowered compared to what Katsu lost with the Bonds ban. Unless they have another expansion slot card coming for Katsu, I don't see how this card does anything.

Not a ninja player (and havent made it to the end), but the card doesn't seem so bad, even though it isn't flashy. Dori got a better sharpen steel, y'all got a better fluster fist. I get it though, Katsu needs more help..
