Jonas listen to your advice and be more aggressive on Stage 15!! but it didn't end well with that tactic either!!

Great job. Except just say you’ve had a double already and pick tea. Way simpler.

In 2 weeks I leave from Belgium to Murcia by bike and tent. And I have this col on my way to Spain. Luckily it seems I take the 'easy' side 😅. On street view I have seen signs that close the road in 1 direction during certain times. Is that correct?

Great video, thanks. I climbed the Stelvio in mid June 2017. Started out in light rain, finished in sleet. My hands froze so I was unable to change gear (I didn't stop). Took me ages, but no annoying motorbikes on the climb, as I stayed overnight at Prato and started the ride at 7am. Also did the Zoncolan, sella Ronda, Grossglockner, and Monte Grappa on that trip - all superb. Happy days! These videos help me remember it.

Great video, thanks. I did it in 2017 in one go, but I thought my shins were going to snap. Had to stop a few times on the way back down just to cool the brakes.

I like your style of video. It is short but full of information and inspiration. Aerial shorts, onboard scenes that connects the reality, motivational music, a bit of history, no fancy equipment or gear display, less footage of themselves riding uphill, no emphasis on Strava segments times, etc, it has everything but in moderate amount. Bravo 👏🏼 My admiration at Passo Giau began when I hiked the Alta Via 2 in 2017. Every now and then I go to Lake Garda to cycle in Colnago Sportive. This video adds fuel to my aspiration of Italian climbs. Hopefully sooner than later.

Great video. Next month I'll bikepack from Oviedo to Seville and I'm planning to take this climb as part of journey, the only thing to sort out is getting a place closer to the base of the hill to leave the bags.

Sutrio is my hometown. Zoncolan my first climb. I was 11 years old. Granpa bought me a MTB. I crashed on the way down, cooking the breaks. I still have scars on my knees. I own a pretty cottage, half-way up the third (hidden) route, via Priola. I’ve done two sides but never quite conquered Ovaro. Takes dedication.

I'm cycling the Stelvio in August of this year. What advice would anyone give me training/preparation wise? Thank you.
@offthemarc57413 ай бұрын
Stelvio is a very long climb where the key is to be able to keep a steady pace for many minutes. That means endurance. I would train the endurance specially in uphill. If you can, try to do as many climbs as possible at a steady pace. Enjoy the Stelvio!

Some pros recommended me to try without gloves. I did the Gran Fondo Roubaix for first time n 2023 and it worked so I did copy paste this year hahaha
