I’m not vegan nor vegetarian, but I consume fruit regularly fruit as my grandpas did, they never suffered any medical condition even at their 90’s. Seasonal and local fruit is packed with electrolytes and minerals, most important micro nutrients.

The pharmaceutical industry is robbing us blind. It costs $3 to manufacture a pill of Ozempic but they are charging Americans $1340 for one single pill. This greed has to stop!

There has been a very effective, very affordable, non-invasive way to activate your own stem cells on the market for almost 5 years. Mind blowing results!

I just had knee stemcell shot 3 weeks ago, heaven sent! Now I’m pain free. Been suffering knee pain for 2 years took so many remedy meds, shock wave therapy, etc..nothing works. $2,500 stemcell shot was so worth it.

Thanks for this 🖤 I’ve doing a 100% pescetarian diet + predominantly whole foods Mediterranean diet for around 6 years and within the first year I completely fixed my health . There was a lot of high quality evidence for both dietary patterns and when the Pesco-Mediterranean diet study came out I felt it was confirming I was doing a good job and to keep going. It also gave me the kick I the butt to stop snacking at night and get back into IF again. Now 3-4 days a week I eat within a 8-9.5 hour window & 2-3 days a week I eat in a >9.5-12hr window so I can enjoy weekends easily Wish I could see the kitchen of Cardiologist + Dietitian married couple. Bet it’s wondrous

Where are reputable places to get stem cells as I have done research on a lot of companies and found a lot of them are scammy for high prices. So if anyone knows any good places for immune disorders.

I'm old enough to remember when Bill Clinton almost passed a Universal Healthcare System in the early 90's. I was in College & don't exactly remember what happened to stop this. In Fact in 1992, his entire Campaign was focused around fixing Healthcare. I can't believe that over 30 years later, nothing has been done.

This hypothesis is problematic and flies in the face of scientific evidence that the Standard American Diet (high saturated fat) drives endotoxemia in the blood stream that then ends up inside amyloid plaque in the brain.

My mother had "alzheimer's". Her doctor put her on a "sugar pill" to lower her blood sugar. Over a year's time we watch her Alzheimer's go away! I believe it was what some call Type III diabetes and is making the brain "sticky" and blocks synapses from firing smoothly.

Thank you!!! I am battling a hysterical doctor about this very issue. Estrogen is indeed vilified, and the medical profession is so behind in relation to antiquated and debunked studies around estrogen. Please keep fighting this fight. So many women are in need of estrogen - especially around perimenopause and menopause. And here is what a lot of these female medical doctors won't tell you: approx 60 % of them are taking HRT replacement.

The researcher contradicts himself on more than one occasion. My biggest pet peave is in all my years of animal research I've never met a fat, STUPID bear. They instinctually know how to eat a proper, healthy diet going into hibernation which includes fruits, nuts, greens, herbs, fatty fish and other mammals including organ meat. Gee, that sounds alot like how our human ancestors ate. No added sugars, no highly processed seed oils and no processed foods. Tip: stay out of the middle of the grocery store as much as possible and try to eat organic if you can afford it.

Come on...everything I read about Alzheimer's buries these unpleasant facts, alcohol use, tobacco use and obesity are highly linked to incidence. But those are hard to change and no one wants to be judged. Blame fruit! So much easier.
