I enjoyed your vid so much. I have been trying to research for KZfaq vid like yours that explains the stuff in this video.Your breakdown reminds me of the vids from this insightful Dr. Ethan! Dr's explanations are totally educational and I actually learned a lot for midterms. He is an insightful Doctor in Nottingham and he explains wellness and conditions! I recommend you check his YT out and give the medical student a subscribe! 👉 #MedicalStudentEthan

how many times a week do you recommend this?

I learned about complex I and II at my JCCC's weight lifting class. I didn't know about complex III. So thank you!!! How many of these do you recommend doing if you were just doing this for an exercise session?
@Elitestrengthandconditioning4 жыл бұрын
That really depends on your experience level. Most complex's I do for 3 to 5 sets with about 60 seconds in between. Javorek has tons of these complex's.

Nice workout! Man you have the same name with me! Keep uploading more videos like this one!
After the squat push press shouldn't it be bent over kick backs instead of lunges. Other than that, great demonstration.

Great Job Ryan, Happy New year to you!! Comments: Get up Toes to make the motions more dynamic! On Special Good Morning perform slower and get a full back hyperextension in the middle of the movement!!! Keep up the great work!!
