Agr kbhi kbhi cheat meal hojaye aur intermittent fasting kr rahe wo nhi chhor rahe but kbhi kbhi kuch unhealthy khale and doing 16:8 fasting to kyaa weight lose hogaa ? Ya fir pura strict krna hoga tbhi hoga please explain sister
