Does it crash as frequently as a garmin , I have a garmin 1040 crashes every ride now or has no turn by turn or sends me to weird houses and not race route 😅

Can anyone explain what the purpose of extreme flare in a gravel bar is other than to make your bike look ugly?

The stuff about the backlight and that battery life is nonsense. What about using the "auto" feature - Hello!! ..or doesn't that work?

Thanks for the review. Is the RIM native tubeless or do you need to install tape to seal it?

Picked up this helmet in 2024 and the padding issues mentioned seemes to have been sorted out. Regarding the sunglasses, I have two pairs of Alba Optic Deltas and they fit perfectly because of their wrap around style arms.

I was already looking at this handle and your video made me pull the trigger. Now I have it on my bike but I feel that the flat on the top is tipping too much towards me, didn’t you felt the same?…

Thanks...was comped the 520Plus several years ago and wasn't able to figure it out then. After not riding for several years, I'm "back in the saddle" and want to figure this thing out. You are right, it's tough...can't even get it to sync with my phone...yet...still working on it...

This is definitely the best and the most sensible tire review i’ve heard for a long time. I intend to buy a pair of these tires soon and set them up tubeless on my new gravel bike, which came with a pair of Vittoria Terreno Dry that are useless in mud, and rather prone to going flat on rough terrain. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with all of us. Regards from Spain.

Love my Bolt. Switched from Wahoo to Garmin and hated the experience. Back with Wahoo and a happy bunny. Key benefits; much easier to read screen, phone integration, button to zoom in and out of fields.

I’m not questioning your mechanic ability’s but you have to be Abel to adjust you’re cables correctly it’s ok to have to adjust it occasionally the cable is supposed to stretch over time and you’re hanger is strait of course stay up

Christ, the GK SS are about the worst 'gravel tyres' I've ever used in pretty much every way I can think of! Feck knows where you've been using them to say they're better than the Ramblers? If that's the case, the Ramblers must be absolute shite! 😆

A big part of the excitement of cycling is the climbs, but none of these videos say in depth wich wheel is best for technical climbs for a high degree if inclination climbs, etc. This video says the same thing that everyone says on this topic.

When you go from a typical 700C ~40mm gravel tire to a 650B with a ~2"+ MTB tire the outer diameter of the tire doesn't tend to change much or at all, thus nor will gearing or handling or BB clearance.

I would like to clarify that wider tires do not inherently roll slower. This is a common misconception. If two tires are constructed the same, and you run each at their optimum pressure, the wider one tends to have less rolling resistance, not more. Additionally, as you go wider you can construct the casing thinner, with the same safety margin, and this means less energy needed to deform it. This why you can see some MTB tires like the RaceKing (non shieldwall version) and Thunderburt have less rolling resistance even in roller testing than many gravel tires. (roller testing only measures 1 of the 2 components of rolling resistance).

I have the 700x40 M version. Nice gnarly tread for the loose stuff, and the alignment of the tread creates the equivalent of a smooth center strip which does roll fast on pavement. Highly recommend.

Im currently in the market to change my Cinturato M. but it is hard for me to find another tyre that can match the Cinturato M. I have ridden it through 354kms of British country side (King Alfreds way), 900kms of Spanish country side (Camino De Santiago) and few hundred kms of knarly single tracks of south Wales. not a single puncture but I did have a slow leek that was mostly my fault. The only time it failed is again mainly my fault because I rode my gravel bike like a full suspension mountain down hill. I hit a rock going downhill (25mph) that pinched the side wall and that probably the one that destroyed the tyre but I still manage to ride 16km on flat. aside from that its a very very tough tyre it has a very good grip on mostly any type of terrain but its not very confident inspiring when its loose gravel or dirt but its just probably that I dont trust any tyres on such surface. it rolls very good and is pretty much the same on the road. my only issue with this tyre is that it can be very tricky to seat the bead on the rim when setting it up and theres is always some kind of very very small leakage that is very hard to find. but once its in the puncture protection os this tyre is superb I highly recommend this tyre to everyone.

Hey buddy, I'm deciding between this Pirelli and the Gravel King SK 50 for my Cutthroat for gravel on broken terrains, but also for a smooth ride on asphalt in between. I need good grip in wet conditions, dry, or mixed terrains for riding in Melbourne and gravel route around Victoria Here are the things I consider for comparison: - Grip on wet terrain - Grip on dry terrain - Grip on muddy terrain - Wear resistance/wear rate - Rolling resistance - Puncture resistance - Cornering ability - Ease of mounting/seating - Better value for money Which of these options should I go with? Also, any other recommendations?

Hello mate! If these tires seem fast to you, what do you think of the Vittoria Terreno Dry? Have you tried them? I use them in 38c and I am surprised with the speed they have and the grip on dry terrain. They also fly on asphalt. Now I'm looking for 45c tires to have more comfort on long routes without losing the rolling capacity of the Vittoria and I found this review very good!

I just built a 2011 Cervelo RS 55 cm with Campy Record 12 sp Rim Brake with BB Infinite BB bearings 15lbs complete. I love the shifting precise and just works. I think that more people can work from the 2011 era frames with this new componentry get the precision and light weight and not spend more then $1800 and that is a lot less then 5-7K for a bike these days. Call me Old School, but this is an alternative worth looking into.
