yeah, that's what Dr Ekberg said exactly ,,,it depends on what you choose for your insulin resistance elimination route! but it's not overnight! bc it took years for your intelligent body to say' i can't adapt anymore to this abuse with sugar, starch, processed foods etc,.,,!and overeating! enough already! 😢😢😢

I have been currently only eating 1 meal a day for the last 2 weeks, in addition to sipping on coffee, tea, or acv water throughout the day. I need to begin taking supplements. Especially when I incorporate exercising. Right now I'm just focusing on changing my eating habits. I'm also planning on cutting the caffeine since I've been feeling better than I was before the dieting

I've been taking 25mg as in 2 x 12.5mg Iodoral tablets daily. Morning is best as it can keep you awake if taken late in the day. It is needed for far more than the thyroid. Every cell in your body needs iodine. Iodine and Vit D3 are the only vits/minerals that can get into the cells and detox them. Iodine helps prevent breast and prostate cancers because these organs concentrate it due to their great need for it. Iodine helps regulate the body's endocrinological systems as well. In my view it is the most important mineral for keeping healthy. I was in a bad way before I commenced taking it over 10 years ago, partly because of bad nutrition ( ot just poor nutrition) eg I was consuming aspartame which is highly detrimental to health. I had fibrocystic breast disease, fibromyalgia, felt cold & tired, low pulse etc Iodine healed me of all of these! You need to also be taking selenium to support iodine in its job. Iodine is very important for anyone who was forced to take the j@bs as it helps detox from the toxins in them. There are a few other things that can help counter balance those toxic j@bs. Let me know if you're interested and I can list a few....

I think people need carbs to keep their cortisol to dhea ratio right, even tho our bodies can create carbs by their own, it's stressful to do so.
